Great stop off
Excellent rooms, good bathroom, WiFi and parking . Perfect for my needs, as was in the area working , so great to stop off for the night . Supermarket and pizzeria close by.

We booked a room including kids. Long story short, the double room has no bed for kids... they must share the bed with whomever is staying in the room. I had to pay for one more room but the kids cannot stay on their own. If you are a couple with 2 kids, hang them in the closet or do the Girls and Boys room...

Good afternoon, We're sorry for your feedback; you gave us 1 star of 5 because of the experience with Hotels.com? If you want to judge us you should judge your experience at the hotel and the quality of the room. Anyway, your booking was of 2 DOUBLE ROOMS and when you arrived here you were 7 people!! When you book on Hotels.com there's written everything in the information box. We suggest you to read better the information for your next booking, also in other hotels. Thanks and Best Regards. Convenient and clean hotel
Staff friendly. Hotel conveniently located for the town center and the restaurants. The room was surprisingly quiet considering it was by a busy road.Breakfast was good and plentiful. The hotel was easy to find with free parking.

My husband & I stayed here for 2 nights. The hotel is a short walk from the train station & easy to find, also very close to shops restaurants & bars etc but very quiet where its situated. The room was simple but very clean & very comfortable, with a/c & sky tv. The staff were very helpfull, wifi is not free but you can get 2hrs free if u ask. My only dislike was breakfast, very basic & poor quality food, although we wernt hungry afterwards. We would happily stay there again.

THE RECEPTIONISTS ARE VERY WELL DISPOSED. THEY ARE SO KIND, MOSTLY THE GIRL IN THE AFTERNOON, AND THE GUY AT THE CHECK OUT SOLVED OUR TRANSFER ISSUE, THEY ARE VERY GOOD ! THERE IS A SUPERMARKET ONE BLOCK AWAY SO IT IS VERY WELL LOCATED.

Me ne avevano parlato bene, ma devo dire che mi sono ricreduto. La ragazza alla reception era carina e disponibile. Ma il ragazzo della sera oltre ad essere abbastanza maleducato non rispettava nemmeno le norme di sicurezza per il COVID-19, non indossava la mascherina di protezione. La camera invece era più piccola del previsto, abbiamo prenotato una camera matrimoniale e ci è stata data una singola con un letto da una piazza e mezzo. La stanza era malandata e molte cose erano rotte. C'era il pavimento vistosamente danneggiato, il tubo che collegava il doccino era marcio, la vaschetta contenitrice dell'acqua del wc era rotta anch'essa e continuava a scorrere con un fastidioso rumore di acqua scrosciante. Il condizionatore non rispondeva ai più semplici comanndi.All'infuori del prezzo pagato (eccessivo per una camera così piccola), la stanza era molto deludente per qualità ed utilità. Ripeto l'unica cosa positiva è stata la ragazza alla reception che è stata molto gentile e disponibile.

Buongiorno! Grazie per la recensione e ci dispiace sapere che la Sua esperienza non abbia soddisfatto le sue aspettative. Ci teniamo solamente a chiarire un paio di punti. Nella vostra prenotazione è stata scelta la camera SINGOLA superior (al prezzo di una singola superior), ma per 2 persone! (che prevede 1 camera singola con letto matrimoniale alla francese). Per noi ricevere questo tipo di prenotazione significa che l'ospite è disposto a una certa restrizione di spazio. Inoltre tutto le norme di sicurezza per il COVID-19 sono state rispettate. I dispenser igienizzanti sono disposti quasi in ogni angolo dell'albergo e la protezione in plexiglas permette di non indossare la mascherina dal receptionist durante la conversazione con l'ospite.
