I made a reservation here through Expedia. I needed somewhere to spend the night after a 20 hour day of traveling involving canceled flights and delays. (I ultimately was rerouted to Philly but I live in CT, so I needed somewhere to stay). I had called hours earlier to confirm my reservation and to inform them of my late arrival and ask about an airport shuttle. They said they no longer have an airport shuttle and I would need to take a cab. They made no mention that they were overbooked. When my flight landed after midnight I took a cab to the hotel as instructed. I arrived at about 1:00 am. As soon as I walked in the employee at the front desk said “you’re going to be upset, we have your reservation but we have no rooms. You can call for a refund.” He also said, he had only arrived for work at 11pm and found out then. He then suggested I walk down the street to a different hotel and see if they had any vacancies. He didn’t call ahead and help me find somewhere else to stay. He didn’t call me a cab. He just sent me (a solo female traveler) into the streets at 1:00 am to wander and hope I found somewhere to stay at that hour. At a minimum, the hotel should have informed me immediately that my reservation was cancelled (which apparently happened at or before 11pm) to save me the time and money on the taxi, and allow me to safely find a room from the airport without wandering the streets desperately at 1am. Unacceptable. Avoid extended stay America and Expedia at all costs.

Ripped sheets, stains on carpets, broken, old tv stand. Bathroom with steins in floor. Heavy smoke stench in room which the staff changed for us. Staff was courteous and polite. The pictures looked great but the hotel was not. We wanted to leave after registering. It needs major renovation. It was cheaper than the rest but I will never stay there again.

Hotel and room were absolutely disgusting. It looked like a hotel from a third world country. The walls were cracked with peeling paint, the carpet was dirty, the baseboards were ripped off. The mattress was sagging, the towels had brown dirt on them, the trash wasn’t emptied in our room and most of the hotel smelled like marijuana. The thermostat was broken on our heater and the lights in our room were missing the bulbs so we only had the kitchen light. I will never stay here again.

Hallway had no flooring. Shower had no hot water. Heater rattled, so I was unable to heat the room overnight in winter. Bed had no blanket. Insects crawled the walls. Bathroom door didn't close. A fight broke out in the lobby hallway. An intermittent beep rang out in the lobby, seemingly without end. This was a character-building experience.

DON’T STAY HERE!!!
Hotel was a construction zone. No carpets in the halls. It smelled. Room was dirty & dingy. Hotel staff was never at front desk, had to wait and call out several times before someone would come out from the back. Staff was not pleasant at all with the exception of a gentleman that worked the grave yard. He was super friendly. Breakfast was nothing but coffee and granola bars. Due to the football game all other hotels were fully booked therefore had no choice but to stay. Worst hotel stay ever. Parking is also $12.50 a night.

arrived on thanksgiving had to wait 15 minutes to have someone check me in. they said the sprinklers had activated and that they were drying the walls. the fans they had blowingwere extremely loudand they refused to put me on a different floor. so i did not get any sleep. worst experiance i ever had.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
