Check in was easy, room was spacious and clean. Had a running toilet, but was fixed and working order in just a couple of minutes. Everything else for the room was good. Wanted breakfast but water main broke and breakfast was cancelled. Overall a good place to go to.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! it is absolutely horrible..we stayed 2 nights..first when we got here the woman at the counter was very rude..we got to our room and you can tell it was like polishing a turd..walls nasty, towel rack hanging out of the wall with only one side still attached to the wall, the 2nd night I went to take a shower and what ya know, no hot water..I called the front desk, and told her that we had no hot water in the shower, she said and I quote “umm that’s weird, well I don’t know what to tell you” before I could raise my voice and lay into her, she said I could put you in another room I guess.. I thought you guess, YOU GUESS..went to the office and it was the same woman that checked us in and extremely rude again..the picture that you see in this website must have been taken 10 years ago because it looks nothing like the pictures..it’s very very ran down..I do not recommend staying here..

Don't use the chargers
The check in guy is great. Quick and friendly. Beds are a bit hard but not unbearable. All the outlets are on the lamps. One behind the bed and tv are not accessible. This room, the 2 lamps next to the bed did not work or were missing the port. We used one on the lamp on the desk and it damaged our device. Hot water at 6am was not hot when turned all the way up. It wasn't cold but warm. When checking out my husband told the (maybe) manager who instead of saying, oh I'm sorry or we'll look into it decided to argue and get defensive and say the water is hot, he checked it. When explaining the outlets, he argued that the lights work so the chargers had to work. He didn't understand or try to understand. He just argued we were wrong. Very disappointing. I expect better customer service from a company that prides themselves on customer service. The lock on the door (room 155) doesn't turn green when you put the key to the reader. Place needs some TLC.

sir, after you left, I went to that room and check hot water on bath tube and it was really hot not warm. after that I checked all the lamp and recharge my device and found all are working good but I am sorry to say how your device was damaged. I apologized for your inconveniencewhen you come next time please meet with me I can contribute some Thank youGm

Room was clean, mattress was comfortable enough. I had no maid service during my stay. The BREAKFAST (free) was excellent, better than the $16 one I had at a downtown restaurant. The fellow making and taking care of the breakfast was really nice. I will stay there again.

We found hair between the sheets and comforter. The bathtub was dirty. The walls and baseboards were dirty. The outside areas need to be cleaned with a power washer. I went to check out in the morning and told them there was no hot water. They said, oh, we will need to reset the boiler. Not sorry, not willing to make anything right. Do not stay at this place. Expedia should remove them from booking until they get their act together.

Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was eh. The walls were dirty, baseboards were falling off. Lots of cracks in the walls. Chair in the bedroom had dirty stains. Some outlets didn’t work.

The room was very dirty. The floor was not clean at all and there was dust all over everything that was sticky as if it hadn't been cleaned in a while. The bathroom tub was disgusting with some type of black stain in it and there was also hair in it before either me or my boyfriend ever used it. My boyfriend was laying in bed and felt something bite his foot, and was up scratching at it most of the night. There was dirt in the bed that had to be brushed out before getting into. The front desk lady was very nice atleast, but the hotel was horrible. People outside walking around of all hours, we took everything out of our vehicle inside just because we didn't feel like it would be there the next day if we didn't. They also do not have cameras around the outside of the hotel, and many signs stating so and to lock your doors because they wouldn't be responsible. Place is a dump! Our friends that stayed around the side w were killing roaches throughout the night and explained some of the bites they got. DO NOT STAY HERE!

I wasn’t expecting anything fancy by any means but I felt ok here. Room was clean just not physically pleasing. It could use updates, however for the price you pay it wasn’t awful.

We were not able to stay. My daughter could not check in because her name was not on the reservation. I called a few days earlier, but The clerk never told me that. I was flying in from Mississippi after midnight, so I explained that my daughter was going to check in, then wait in the room until time for her to pick me up, then we’d both stay the night. I was already at the airport checking in when I found out the clerk would not let my daughter check in. I had no means of getting something “in writing” for the hotel. My daughter said the hotel was in a bad part of town and did not look well-kept. We ended up having to stay at another hotel. If the clerk had told me about needing something in writing when I first called, I would have had time to take care of it. Not only that, she made no record of the call. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The manager was super polite and very courteous. He totally understood my situation after telling him my experience with the main suite hotel cancelling my reservation without my authorization. It was a very quiet, clean place not a luxurious one but you don’t really need that when you are surrounded by a very nice polite manager and front desk person. In overall I would go back to stay in this hotel. Thank you

Let me start by staying the staff here is top notch. They went out of their way to be friendly and accommodating and make us feel welcome . I was traveling alone with my teenager so the attendant put us in an interior room away from the parking lot. I so appreciated that. Room was as clean as it could be. The staff does their best with what they have to work with. Definitely could use a 2nd waffle maker for breakfast because the other items weren't our preference. They looked fine just not what we prefer for breakfast. The front of the building looks beautiful when you pull up. The rest of property could use a little TLC. Ice machines hard to locate. I sure hope the owner is giving the $$ he's not investing in his/her property back to his employees because that is the only thing that would make sense. The place has so much potential. I needed a room close to the mall with breakfast, so if that is what you are looking for it works. I felt safe traveling with my teen so overall it wasn't horrible.

The staff at the property were all professional and courteous. Although it rained during my stay off and on, just wished the pool hours were a bit longer. It said from 9 AM to 9 PM, yet the pool wasn’t open at 9 AM. My only complaint was that my toilet was running all night and it required a double flush at every use. Other than that, I would recommend this hotel and I would stay here again if I’m visiting the area again!

It was very noisy did get any decent rest from children yelling and making noise outside and inside the rooms..and occupants was loitering around the pool all night well pass after hours...the evening staff did not take care of the issues..and I did not ask for room service but a cleaning person came in anyway and took some change I had dropped on the floor I was going to pick up when I came back it was gone.. maybe it was just this particular one because I do like quality inn and I hadn't had issues before, but I will not go back to this particular one...

The room they put us I was a handicap room which only hand one seat for two of us. The room had a number of deficiencies including lights what had switches that were not functioning correctly, a leak in the ceiling that was just painted over, the door didn’t close without being forced and a smell that got worse when the air conditioning was turned on. When I left they said I was to be refunded for the days I didn’t stay. A follow up call they said a refund was going through Expedia when I contacted Expedia they said they refuse the refund. I don’t recommend the use of any of there services.

Although the inn was outdated and not very clean, staff was kind and helpful. We arrived before check in time but they had our rooms ready and allowed us to check in early. It was fine for the short trip.

First, the positives. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the bed was very good, we appreciated the sofa in the room. Next, the negatives. The property is old and dated looking. It is the type that the doors open onto the parking lot. The room was just adequate. The door to the bathroom had an issue with the handle and I thought I might get stuck in it. There was an issue with the door hinge going in, but my husband put that back into place. The breakfast was meh - one waffle maker (there was a line to make waffles), watery eggs, cereal, some mandarin oranges. The coffee was undrinkable. I feel bad writing this review because the manager of the hotel was trying so hard to greet people, make conversation and I really hope he is able to make a successful operation here.
