Was decent enought, switched to this hotel for the pool just to find out the pool was closed for some unknown reason. Sucks because it was double the price of the hotel i originally booked.

$180 a night. Pool and Hot Tub NOT available again. Only notice on Expedia ... was at the bottom of the Room Selection Page. Shower supplies and towels ... in adequate. Sorry this property lets down the BW Brand.

When I booked this hotel through Expedia I was under the impression that the amount shown was all that I would pay. When we arrived I was told that amount did not include taxes or the pet fees. It ended up being an extra $65 on top of the rate I was quoted. It felt very underhanded and the employee that checked us in wasn’t super helpful or accommodating. The continental breakfast was excellent and the service from the gentleman that checked us out was very nice. The room was very clean and it was very helpful that the room had a door to the outside for walking our dogs.

We booked a pet friendly room and there was another door in our room that let out at the back of the hotel, we didn’t have to talk the dog through the lobby, it was wonderful to be on the main floor as well. This property also takes cats, I phoned ahead to make sure. Easy checking, friendly staff

We did not realize that there were limited “pet friendly” rooms, and were denied a room at check in. We had our small dog with us this trip.

Upon checkin, we were very disappointed to see that the pool and hot tub were closed. It was the very reason I booked at this hotel. We were informed by the front desk staff that we had been informed by Expedia. We had not been. After getting to our room and opening up the hide-a-bed for my 2 kids we found a dirty fitted sheet on the mattress with rice and candy wrappers/garbage on it. I went to the front desk where I waited for 5 minutes but no one came. I then went back to my room and called with the in-room phone. I was told I could come get some sheets but she wanted to come take pictures first. On checkout I had to request my bill be amended to reflect the experience. The employee was reluctant but gave me $40 off my $410 bill. We won’t be staying here again.

With the exception of one very rude front desk staff and the fact that the pool and hot tub were closed for our whole trip this was a good experience. The room was nice and very clean the rest of the staff were very friendly. The manager gave us a price reduction do to the pool issues and check in and out we’re very easy.

Clean, quiet, and safe property on edge of town. Friendly, courteous, knowable and efficient staff at property. Good breakfast offerings. It would great if the property had a dry sauna, but probably a costly service to maintain.

Very Nice Hotel with Complimentary Breakfast
The Best Western in Williams Lake was a very nice unexpected surprise. From the outside it is quite plain, but the lobby with high open ceiling was stunning, and the pool room with hot tub was very bright, sunny and clean.

Highest rated hotel in Williams Lake, but we couldn't figure out why exactly. It was honestly nothing special and a very run of the mill hotel. Nothing overtly terrible but nothing that was wonderful. Pros: ample parking has hot tub/pool bed was comfy had complimentary breakfast Cons: staying in room by pool was noisy room was starting to show deficiencies breakfast ran out of food, not enough seating staff at night were unable to assist when asking about later check out

The beds were very comfortable. Didn't eat breakfast so can't rate that part. Tight parking for pickup truck in handicap stall, but it did work for us.

The room that we got was on the first floor near the breakfast room. When the receptionist told us the room number I told him that the room was very close to the breakfast area and it would be noisy. The receptionist said that we won't hear any noises from inside the room. Unfortunately, I could hear the hotel’s phone ringing until midnight and from 6:00 am I could hear the noises of preparing breakfast and then later people's noises who were eating there.
