The room was updated and very clean. It was stocked with everything needed and the microwave and fridge both worked. The outside of the property was a little messy but the room was great.

The room door was not locked. The lock didn't work at all. No other rooms available. No offer to repair. Loud. Could clearly follow the conversation in the room next door.

Listed as newly renovated but clearly not, ceiling was dirty and there was a large patch of missing paint on the wall. Bathroom had someone else’s hair in shower.

Room was still under construction. Half painted, bathroom fan barely working and extremely noisy, no water pressure, bathtub doesn’t drain, towels are worn out. Soap was like wax and the shampoo was basically the size of a ketchup packet. Overall one of the worst places I have stayed in but was the only one available in a emergency situation

For a two star hotel it was good. It is right beside the highway so it was fairly noisy.

The lady at the front desk was very nice, I was disappointed in the bed, it was very hard and quite uncomfortable, the walls are very thin so noise from other rooms and people talking outside and the traffic from the main street was loud and made sleeping difficult, but the price was pretty good so I guess you get what you pay for!!

Have service dog/tried to charge me pet fee. Found pills left on floor when arrived, Was in kitchen room, would be great if i was 6 ft. Every thing was so high I could not reach the shelves with out a step stool. I am short. I am a senior it was a hike to get to the room. There was no grass only gravel parking lot. When arriving someone left there dog tied to the stairs, had to pass with hands full and dog under foot to get past to get too room. didn't go over well. would not stay there again. Not recommended.

Hello Diane, Thank you for the review. We let every guest know that there is 10 pet fee, but when you told us that it is a service dog we did not charge anything. You reserved a standard room, but we upgraded it to the kitchen without any extra charges. Thank you

Check room before you book, our room was in the middle of a reno ( I would advise the hotel to get their money back because a armless monkey could do a better job) you have to basically straddle the toilet to open or close the door, drywall mud on door handle, front door you can see outside through door jam so anytime someone smokes it comes right into the room.

Couldn’t pay me to stay there
Had two young kids 6 and 10. Had two ferry wait from Vancouver island and had got delayed by an accident so came in late. Wouldn’t pick up phone or open door so had to pay for a room I reserved and couldn’t even stay at. Wouldn’t recommend them for anything. We slept in truck

Hello Craig, thank you for the review. We close at midnight and it is mentioned on all the websites. Sometimes accidents happen and the guests phone us and inform us that they will be coming late and we do wait for them even after midnight. There was no one in the office to answer the phone after midnight. We feel sorry that you had to sleep in the truck.

Noisy with party goers loud until 4;30 am Obviously road construction or pipeline workers. Work boots all over the outside of rooms. Would have gotten a better rest if I just pulled over and slept in the car at a rest area.

My stay in 100 Mile House, BC
We were impressed by the awesome room that we had. It was clean and very nice. The bathtub was large and the bathroom was beautiful. The girl at the front desk was very friendly and it was fun to actually check in with her. This will be our home away from home when we come back to visit our friends again.

The motel is ok, but just ok. The woman at the desk spent 10 minutes looking at hotels .com to see if I paid or not, while I waited. It always makes a bad impression when people assume you are a thief and a liar as soon as you walk in the door. If I were trying to get something for nothing, I would do so at a far better place than that. Better for crews than families.

Great location. I like that my car was just a few steps away from my room. It is an old facility that has been updated somewhat. Unfortunately a group of four crew men were partying in the room above me. The walls and ceilings were very thin at that point.

Walls are extremely thin and you can clearly hear conversations in the next room. Room cleanliness ok. Bed was extremely uncomfortable and I ended up slipped in the car for part of the night (to get some quietness).

The room is being renovated. The bathroom and kitchenette have nice fittings. Drywall isn’t finished being painted. It’s odd that they rented an unfinished room. The furniture is old and battered. The mattress is VERY firm and I slept very uncomfortably on it. There were no amenities at all; you couldn’t even buy bottled water, and since the local water is heavily chlorinated, you might want to. When I arrived, the door was locked and said “back in 15 minutes “. I waited about 20 minutes before calling. Another couple had been waiting longer than me. The clerk immediately came to open the door and apologized, saying she had been talking to someone at the back. I guess you can’t expect much for $100 anymore.
