"Great location and loved the staff"

"The room was large, clean, and modern. The public areas were well decorated and clean. The breakfast restaurant was nice and had a nice variety of selections. The service was helpful and courteous and welcoming. The only problem was there were not enough of elevators. We had to plan ahead to be sure we got to the lobby with our luggage to leave."

"This hotel is conveniently located to the metro and buses. Across the street are several places to eat. Starbucks is next door along with a convenience store. Room was smaller than expected but it was clean and comfortable for 2 people. When returning to Seoul we will book this hotel again. Highly recommend for first time travelers using the metro. "

"We, family of 4 had a pleasant stay at ENA suite. The staff speaks English and very helpful if you have any questions. It’s very convenient to Namdaemun market and the restaurants at the area are great with many local restaurants rather than tourist restaurants. There is a coin laundry and dryer but only 1 which cost 5000 won each used for each one. Very convenient for some travellers. "

"We loved this hotel - a couple of GS25 at the bottom floor and on the way to the station, very close to the station and gyeongbokgung palace. Our room had a beautiful view and the bed was comfortable. The staff were very helpful and spoke English fluently so, we didn’t struggle checking in and they have a self check out station as well as luggage weighing scales which was useful! The location was really great but do avoid 6-8pm for subways because it gets packed. But public transportation around this area is very easy to use!"

"Great property with nice clean and comfy rooms. There are a number of amenities and the staff are helpful and friendly. There is a convenience store on the second floor. Almost connected to the hotel is an overpass that leads to the train station. "
