The room was ok. Arrived at 5:45 and had to call the hotel because the office was locked. The room was better than expected after viewing the exterior of the hotel.

For context every other room in the area was sold out but there were only 4 cars in the lot of this motel. 1st room was dirty, visible black mold & smelly. Owner offered 2nd room and a refund if we didn’t like it…. It was way better but I decided to ck for bedbugs and thought it looked suspect. There were cleaned bloodstains along mattress seam just like in google search. Politely told the owner we would not be staying and he went ballistic and told us to sue him - no refund! Called Expedia-no help- owner said we damaged his property so refused refund. We were on site all of 10 min. Saw same complaints when I dug into old reviews.

Staff was friendly, sofa bed was not CB lean, bathtub not clean most rooms looked unused and Expedia overcharged saying it was the last room available. It was only the last room because the others were unusable.

The receptionist (Mongolian guy) became very, very aggressive when I asked for a room with WiFi which I had booked. His aggression went from zero to 10 in the blink of an eye. It was a scary experience. Please be careful!

Rude staff person, blaming owner and customers for problems. (Not in office during check in- was at Home Depot and doors locked) TV not working. Even hung up on me when I tried to discuss issues. (Multiple times) awful experience. All he had to do was talk to me with respect, instead of blaming owner and hanging up on me. All he accomplished by hanging up in me was motivating me to put reviews like this. Respect goes a long way and he showed zero respect.

place looks like a rundown pay by the hour slum hole should of stayed at the travel lodge for $69 a night instead of paying $162 for the one night we stayed in this nasty place

Are the property was very bad the room had black mold in it in the bathroom in the area where you sleep above the bed I took pictures of it. I really think experience and check out the rooms Before they refer people to it cause this room is really unsafe with black mold all over dirty bathroom, dirty sick got pictures of all of it

Being the first clients to arrive on Friday, I was surprised at the lack of others, as in no one else. But, as the evening others did arrive. They were assigned rooms next to ours. Why?? the whole complex was empty. It would have made sense (in my mind) to assign room by evens & odds: Friday was an even day (2nd). Assign all rooms only to even numbers. Do the same on odd days - all odd numbered rooms. This would elimimate have guests directly next doo and greatly reduce noise problems. #2. The bathtub was slippery. I almost fell out! How tough would it be to attach something to eliminate this safety concern? ## We went to Aberdeen to participate in the County Kite Festival, yet the gentleman behind the counter knew nothing about it. BUT, on the side: the bed was far better than my bed at home! WOW!! Terrific bed. Dr, J.

The queen rooms are very outdated and need major renovations. Rips In carpet, furniture is old and worn down, dead flies on the wall. Zero decor on the wall. It is very unpleasant. The wifi did not work as well

Not very clean and I did not even dare to shower. Did not sleep because of the noise and bed was very uncomfortable.

Cold water didn't work. Cold water setting turned on hot water. Basically a shower or bath that will burn you. Coffee was nice though.

Staff was very friendly building was run down and several rooms were clearly vacant with plywood on the doors. The room was clean but very in need of update, smelled of cigarettes in a nonsmoking room and lots of stains on carpet, overpriced for what you get but i feel the people running the place are trying their best.

The property was old and not well taken care of. The owner were not helpful. The internet was bad, the check in was bad, the tv didn’t work. The owner was in our room trying to fix the remote claimed his guests would remove the batteries and replace them with old batteries. He also said the town was in the top 10 in Washington for crime. Who does that?
