올림픽 내셔널 파크에 가기위해 가장 적당한 위치였다 비교적 깨끗한 방이어서 편안히 숙박했습니다

Traveling with a two year old is hard! However, everyone was so helpful, understanding, we left rejuvenated and relaxed. The room was perfect to keep a toddler busy and safe.

The beds and pillows were like rocks. Had to use Murphy bed to Just get some sleep. No bedding for Murphy bed. Had to use the bedding from other bed. Big hole in bathtub. Was partially filled in.

Staff was courteous and helpful. One side of room was all mirrors which had at least 10 big smudge marks on it, like someone had put their face on it! Bathtub had a very large stain/repair that looked awful and deterred me from taking a shower. Breakfast was very good with lots of options.

It is a very cold room with tile floors and no rugs. Also I couldnt take a shower because of the tub

It's just really dirty. I'd care more if we weren't here for a horse event and already dirty too but the bedding is stained yellow and theres built up dirt all over the bathroom floor. The carpets are ripped and gross. The people working there are very nice though.

Everything was well kept and very clean. Breakfast was delicious with options like oatmeal, cereal, yogurt and fruit. Plenty of parking. The staff was great. Very accommodating and friendly.

I went to a near-by wine festival. I stayed at this hotel. There was a shuttle by the wine festival that stopped at this hotel. The Desk staff was very helpful at check in and out and also to access the shuttle. The room was very clean.

We had room 124 it was 17° outside we walked in turned on the heat or thought it was going to come on but nothing all night long you could hear the room above us and the room beside us the heat pump turning on and ours lasted 30 seconds or less one time it would not turn on and it was frigid cold we had brought extra blankets as we usually do thank God we did this time

Bedding had hair and some brown smears. Toilet didnt work at one point. When we asked for new sheets, they never delivered until we went down to get it ourselves and then asked "oh you still want the sheets?" The fridge was very noisy through the night and the train came through the area till almost midnight. Then there were some loud construction or metal tanks beint dropped off that made very loud banging noises several times till about 1am. It used to be one of our favorite places but things have gone down hill badly. You can tell things are falling apart and are not being cared for. Likely will not be returning.

It was decent, not too expensive for what we got. The rooms are fairly clean and nice, but so austere that they felt almost clinical. How about a rug or decor? The shower curtain rod in our room (101) is tilted down and the shower curtain wouldn’t stay closed on either end bc of it. The hvac system was so loud and clicked on and off all night long. It was very cold in the room when we arrived. I couldn’t find the hours for the continental breakfast anywhere. Please put that information in several places so it’s readily accessible.

Staff was super friendly and willing to help with every need. The room we were put in originally had a weird smell and when we went to inform her she had us set up in a new room before we even asked for another accommodation

Great customer service & support. The only thing is that a lot of trash lay around on parts of the edge of the property. Other than that, a very nice place to stay!
