Ashley, upon checkout you told our front desk about the heating and outlet issues. We had our maintenance check on the complaints immediately. The heater is operating correctly(hot and cold air) and there is a switch on the wall that turns on and off the power to some of the outlets. If you had brought these issues to our attention before your checkout date we would have been able to explain/fix the issues or move you to a different room. I will look into the third party that is saying we have bidets and pull out beds as we do not advertise these amenities. We encourage guests to bring any questions or concerns to the front desk so we can address them accordingly. I apologize for the confusion and hope you have a good day.

Our staff checked the room you stayed in for any bedbugs. We even had our pesk control come double check. No bed bugs here.

Sorry about the tv issues... Our cable company was closed when we tried to call. They came out the next day and promptly fixed the outages.

As we don't allow smoking in our rooms our guests are asked to smoke outside instead. We deep clean each and every room after a guest checks out.Sorry you had some difficulties.

I apologize about your missing soap situation. Our previous delivery had gotten lost in the mail and we ran out of bars of soap before the new delivery came. It doesn't help now but we are stocked up and it will not happen again!
