I am sorry this was your experience with our hotel. We did experience a pipe break and had to have commercial blowers dry it quickly to preserve our hallways. I did look at your account and noticed a pet fee on it. However, due to the issues with your stay, I did hope to make it right for you by refunding that back to your card. I do apologize that our fire alarm went off and made things unpleasant. I know that it appeared that our agent was talking on her phone instead of working as she was using her personal cell phone. However, the issue was that she was talking to the alarm people trying to reset the elevator, and our portable phone at the front desk will not get reception in the elevator room (the room behind the elevator). As a result, she was running around between the electrical room, elevator room, front desk and elevator area attempting to get the elevators running before the majority of guests woke up. I got here at 6 am and attempted to help and a little after that time she did get notes posted but her primary concern was getting the elevators back up and running. I can imagine it was very frustrating for you and I do apologize for that. I do hope that you will give us another opportunity to serve you so you can see we are better than this past stay.
