I had 2 double rooms for 1 night. One of the room's bedding was covered in stains. Both beds. We called the desk and requested clean comforters immediately after check in, around 3:30 pm. We left the hotel and returned around 10:30 pm. The bedding had not been changed. The desk clerk said they got busy and forgot. Then asked how late we would be awake. We talked them into coming to the room to see for themselves. They offered a new room, which we accepted.

I really liked the people working there. Everyone was so friendly and thoughtful. I was here for family member in the hospital. Location was convenient, room comfortable, it was close to the places I needed to go, and was quiet. Most importantly, traveling alone, I felt safe. Breakfast, while not a 5 Star restaurant, was hot, filling, and a pretty good variety. I’ll be returning to Abilene and staying here as necessary.

The room was clean, bed and pillows comfortable. The breakfast had enough variety that most could find something to get their fill and the day started. Although I didn’t use the exercise room there were guests using the equipment. My stay was a last minute decision that worked out for my situation. It was close to the hospital where I was visiting my sister. The staff were kind and friendly. If my stay is extended I will book there again.

The room was nicely updated and comfortable. The breakfast was good. And parking was easy, even with the trailer I was towing. It’s right off the highway—very convenient. My go-to place when I’m traveling through Abilene.

The staff was exceptional! The indoor spaces were clean and the entire facility smelled clean. Breakfast was great and included fresh scrambled eggs, bacon or sausage, potatoes, various pastries, cereals, juices, fresh coffee or espresso, waffles, assorted fruit, yogurt and condiments to satisfy most people. The beds were comfortable and because we stayed 2 nights during the week, it was quiet. Bedding could use a refresh, but other than that the room was as expected for a hotel. Rate was better than most competitors. Only complaint was outside maintenance, which was lacking. Trash was on the perimeter and due to no designated smoking areas there were lots of cigarette butts on the ground.

Had to get a room due to plumbing at our home...Front Desk Mary/Maria was so friendly & inviting. Rooms were clean, facility clean. Only very minor mishap is they tub drained slowly , other then that good experience.

Maybe a 2 star.
Hallway Carpet needs replaced, dirty, room entrance (102) tile was laying on the floor. Towels thin and old. Towels not in room, soap bars not available. Obvious that the hotel is skimpy in its overall management. Maria was our receptionist and was wonderful- she offset conditions. It would be nice to have employee uniforms.

This was a horrible hotel. It was dirty, the mattress on the pull out my son had to sleep on was stained with who knows what. There were stains on the pillow case, the entire door frame was coming out of the wall and the door was gapped. When I went down to ask for a pillow and sheets for the pull out I was told that all the pillows were being used so I couldn't have one. Side doors will not open with room keys had to walk around the building to get back in. Will never return

The carpet throughout the hotel is stained,torn and disgusting. Our room smelled like smoke and we had to keep our shoes on until we laid down due to the carpet being so stained and nasty. The chair in the room was beyond gross. Will not stay again or recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff on the other hand were very nice.

Clean and comfortable
Spent one here in a double queen room. It was clean, fresh sheets. The beds were comfortable. There was some mold in the shower, but very clean otherwise. Breakfast was waffles, bagels, oatmeal, and a couple bananas were available. Definitely could be better. This was a good hotel for a one or two night stay.

Quiet and can get a good nights sleep. No frills.
Beds were small and so were pillows which pictures didn't depict, but that's how it goes sometimes. Television didnt work and that was a huge bummer.

Be very careful because the room pictures on Expedia and the room description are not the same. The pictures show that the room had 2 beds and a sofa bed and the caption says that it was only 2 beds so I had to pay the difference to get the sofa bed, and because it was late minute it was very expensive.

Door closer was missing a screw and made entry difficult. Dead bolt didn't work making me feel unsafe. Closer door hinges sprung and wouldn't close all the way. Thermostat readout illegible...maybe needed new batery. Staff was kind and efficient . Breakfast ood.

Wonderful front desk service from checking in to checking out. Always greeted when departing and reentering the property. Single gas station was within walking distance, all other eateries were a 10-15 minute drive. The entrance to the property had a weird driveway but once on site very clear and presentable.
