Very bad experience
They kept us waiting for more than 2 hours in order to satisfy other customers, out of 3 rooms that we booked we only received one on time 2pm and the last one was given to us at 4pm

Lack of coordination and communication
Upon check in the front desk officer offered us to avail their buffet breakfast for the following day. She was able to convinced us. We reached the restaurant around 9am and the attendant said that our booking doesn't have breakfast. I told her to double check as I paid on it upon check in. She asked us to sit & wait. My husband was already hungry so he went to the omelet section and ordered, i followed him shortly. The attendant approached us and said that we really dont have breakfast included in the booking. I felt humilated as other clients might have heared it. My blood pressure went high & I lost my appetite. She told us to go to the front desk and check. I showed her the receipt that was charged on my card but still she told me to verify it at the front desk. Upon verification, the front desk officer apologized as the system was not updated. We got back to the restaurant but I was not in the mood to eat anymore. The restaurant manager approached us upon learning about it. She apologized as well and gave us personalized service. She asked us what can she do to compensate the inconvenience. I requested for late check out. She said that the front desk manager will speak to me later about it. The manager did not talk to me and we left the restaurant. No one called us in our room if the request was granted or not. Unfortunately, the request was not granted. The hotel just refunded us the breakfast fee upon our check out. Overall we were unhappy with the lack of coordination

Nice Hotel
Great hotel to visit Al Ain. Nice place, nice pool and facilities. Excellent breakfast. Price too much though for the location and room.

The service at Hili Rotana is superb!! The hotel itself is aging a little, but very clean. Excellent access to city and lovely area.

Convenient stay!
The hotel is located right where you need to be, great service, we didn't order breakfast so I can't comment, the beds were comfy, the rooms & toilets were specious, there is a shopping mall attached to it and overall very good! there was also welcoming on the room tv with my name which is so polite and sweet! loved the hotel!

Locals Welcome...
I think our stay would definitely have been better if we were Arabic/ Muslim - a massive Arabic Ladies clothing and Oud market sale was on in the hotel lobby for the duration of our stay where westerners were 100% out of place! The hotel was heaving and loud. It should also be noted on the website that the hotel is Dry... no alcohol available at all - the pool bar is soft drinks only. Once in the quiet of the room, it was lovely, spacious, comfortable, shower and separate bathtub, sofa, table and chair, TV, small fridge super comfy bed! Would have loved to have time to try out the swimming pool which looked divine!

Great getaway!
A great getaway fro Abu Dhabi. Rooms facing the pool are very close to the mosque, so you will hear the call to prayer. A beautiful hotel with the most friendly accommodating staff.

Good Hotel - ensure you check the bed
Look and feel of hotel was great overall until we arrived and had to wait 20 mins on reception for check in. Staff seemed very relaxed and there was no concern shown for us waiting. We had a long flight and 2 hours journey from Dubai resulting we were tired. Finally one very nice gentleman ask us to help and checked us in. We were given complimentry upgrade to premium room, room was overall great but we had very uncomfortable BED, we booked KING SIZE bed but what we got was two single beds put together. Resulting as a honeymoon couple we were constantly uncomfortable while sleeping. Must say all other staff was really friendly except reception area!

Great location good service but dated amenities
My family and I stayed one night while visiting Al Ain Zoo. The hotel is in a very good location and having the mall next door makes it very convenient. The hotel itself is comfortable but very dated. The rooms, pool and amenities all need modernization. The service is good and all in all it was a pleasant experience.
