Excellent hotel, with spacious rooms and 15 min walk to Abu Dhabi mall. Staff very helpful and nothing was too much bother.

Great location & room with minor problems
Great location - comfortable bed and spacious. Central to Louvre and Galleria. Safe didn’t work, wifi had to be reset and hot water not turned on. Also confusing as 24/7 desk but statement on booking says no check ins after 10pm. Emailed for clarification - no reply so we stayed with some friends as we arrived st midnight. Checked in next morning. Very confusing and needs to be sorted.

No Rooftop Swimming Pool As Advised on Expedia
The location, and comfort of the hotel's rooms, were excellent, but the rooftop swimming pool advertised and shown in Expedia's listing no longer existed. This was the main reason we chose this hotel for a stopover. We were given passes for the Crown Plaza 300yds away.

Nice Apartment
Close to supermarkets and restaurants. Well kept apartment. Simple breakfast but plenty. Really enjoyed our stay. Staff were great.

Great value hotel suites.
A great value hotel suite. Breakfast was good and the staff were excellent. The only thing that was a little strange was they state on Hotels.com site that the hotel has a pool on site where in fact you have to go to the Crown Plaza Hotel with a voucher. ( a five minute walk away ) That said it would not stop us staying here again.

Everything was great.However, the height of the bed and sofa was low. Maybe we are used to the North American sizes. Breakfast could be improved as well. Not any English TV channels.

Bargain F1 GP stay
Very reasonably priced serviced apartment in a good location restaurants and shops nearby. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Missing kettle was sorted out quickly and concierge dealt with car parking which was a great bonus. A comfortable, stress free F1 GP weekend.

Huge Apartment
The apartments are really big but they have Tiled floors which are always cold. We found we needed slippers all the time or we would sneeze! The staff were very helpful & when needed came up to the room to show us how to use TV & Washer. Very prompt too. Late checkout of 6pm as flight out was 11.30pm was greatly appreciated.

- The hotel front desk are not professional and can't provide answer to anything - The hotel staff did not take time to explain visitors policy for family/friends - The room smelled like migrate smoke - The hallway was constantly smelly everyday

if staying here, when getting taxi home ask for "Green house" as all taxi men know it as such due to sho[ at base of building. handy area, loads of Irish staying in apartments in building.

Okay stay.
Good for a stay over, and grab some delivery on meals. Hotel needs to improve by means of restaurant which had very decent basic breakfast . Rooms were well maintained but needs an upgrade. Over all staff where very helpful. Hotel provides a pool which Is in another hotel n would not recommend to go for.

Very pleasant stay. Very nice breakfast with different choices. Wifi was free but sometimes there was disconnecting issues. The housekeeper was cleaning everyday. We stayed for 2 weeks.

A very nice place to stay...
The room was very spacious. The bed was great, but the bedding could have been better. The service was excellent! Everyone was so helpful and polite. The gym was phenomenal!!! The equipment was up to date and clean, and the large sauna was incredible; was in it every morning and night. I would recommend this hotel to anyone going to Abu Dhabi.

Will Stay Again.
Hotel is well positioned in Abu Dhabi. Easy walk to restaurants, shops and grocery stores. Breakfast was very good. Exercise room was well equipped. Had some issue with the TV and ability to get service. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Need better service to get taxi cabs.

料金の割りに豪華
洗濯機と浄水器までついた綺麗なキッチン、十分な広さのリビングと洋室、バスタブ付きのバスルーム、と至れり尽くせりでした。 ビッフェ形式の朝食も十分な種類で、フロントの方も親切な感じでした。 空港発着の「A1」バスのバス停や、各方面に行くバス停にも近く、観光にも便利です。

saubere große Zimmer / Appartments , Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, Inventar der Zimmer zeigt Gabrauchsspuren..mit denen man ohne hohe Ansprüche gut leben kann, Parkservice ist sehr bemüht bei hoher Parkplatznachfrage

Inget vidare för pengarna. Dålig lukt i allmänna utrymmen vilket inte är så trevligt. Poolen är belägen i ett annat hotell så vi testade aldrig den. Frukosten var ingen höjdare. Trevlig personal som alltid i dessa trakter. Läget är centralt i lite äldre slitna kvarter. Nära till central mall och gångavstånd till Cornische street, östra delen.
