1) furniture was worn out and not clean 2) there's no towels or dishwashing liquid or sponge to clean dishes 3) I found small cockroaches in the bathroom 4) Bathtub was not clean 5) Water shattaf was leaking so I had to turn off the water 6) Water heater was off so I had to wait an hour to take a shower 7) Both central AC's were fully on at 20ºC and the apartment was freezing when I checked in 8) There's no parking for the hotel, so i had to roam around and find paid parking on the street away from hotel

After what I experienced at other hotels and hostels in UAE, I was very happy to have changed some plans to stay here. Upon checking in, I found out Expedia had made a mistake in my booking. This hotel handled everything. They gave me a room and called Expedia themselves to handle it, which I greatly appreciate. I needed that after some other issues that happened during my trip. Hotel is in a great location and has plenty of parking (albeit they are paid), and places to eat and check out. Uber had great access to it to, and it is a great stepping off point to other areas. Hotel was clean, well air conditioned, and very comfortable as a whole. Would absolutely stay again.

El personal excelente, muy atento en todo momento. En líneas generales todo muy bien. Únicos puntos negativos: funcionaba una sola hornalla y el aire acondicionado central no podía cerrarse, con lo cual entraba un poco de frío en todo momento.

Not the best experience
When your entering a hotel after a long flight to meet friends and family, you expect that the hotel or the hotel apartments to be understanding and lenient about the check-in process. I had all my documents with me with me when I checked-in but my friend did not. The hotel staff did not allow visitors to enter my room or guest that will be staying with me with out proper original government issued document. This was a hassle and we had to wait over 3 hours to speak with top management about letting my friend in. Its only after I pointed out that it is not Expedia policy, but the hotel policy that guests are also required to have proper identification and that the hotel is responsible due to their policy which is not stated on Expedia and I would like a refund, that they pulled some strings and let me and friend in. The hotel staff was only following orders but they were not as friendly as they could have been and did not provide us with any other possible solutions other that to ask for refund. I would think that if you are travelling to and have friends in that country, that they would be expected to spend some quality time with you no matter where you are, and the hotel did not provide that for me so I am a little disappointed. However, after we got in everything was good.

It's clean and tidy bit old bathroom, room is large it's ok, pity no parking, you need to parking 15dhs for 24hrs. It's ok for the price since we been there during F1.

Family accommodation
Very helpful staff, clean and quiet rooms, good location in the city. Abu Dhabi seems to be well planned and has some beautiful architecture.

Nice affordable hotel apartment
In general the hotel is all right, it is not luxurious, but it is fine for a couple of weeks. The rooms are spacious and nice. The only downside is the bathroom that is a little small and could have better finishings.

The sum of 150 Dirhams was charged for Airport drop which I considered was on the high side. Other hotels can offer this service as complimentary

Nice and comfortable hotel
I stayed at the hotel for two days and was a nice experience. Although they state on the website that they will cancel the booking if the person doesn't check-in by midnight, they don't. Friendly staff providing excellent service (including Free Wi-Fi) .... All in all, the hotel is worth for the price ...

great value hotel
If looking for 5star maybe not for you but looking for excellent value for money accommodation then this is pretty perfect. No far from beach, kitchen could maybe have been better equipped. But great having fridge, cooker, washing machine, kettle etc. Was cleaned every day, really cant complain Cheers

I found the hotel very clean and comfortable, the staff very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in a very central and busy part of abu dhabi, having said that the hotel is very quiet and noise from street is non-existent. I travelled with young children and found the hotel very family friendly. I would certainly recommend it to friends and family

いい安宿
「安い宿」ということで考えたら、すべて5でもいい位。 洗面台が高くて、使いにくかったが、安宿なのに、バスタオル1枚とトイレットペーパーと部屋用のティッシュもついていて、助かった。（トイレとシャワーが同じ部屋なので、ビーチサンダルなど持参するといい。） トイレの電気が切れるということがあったが、対応もすぐにしてくれた。 景色のいいテラスで朝食、その場でオムレツを作ってくれる。 目的地の行先、その他困ったことなど、どのスタッフも丁寧に対応してくれ、笑顔で話をしてくれ、雰囲気が良かった。ほかの日本人女性も見かけたが、女性一人でも安心して泊まれる。 空港までの車を頼んだが、２０ＪＤだった。（ホテルの車ではなく、タクシー手配だった。）ぴったり時間通りに車を出してくれた。

Clean rooms, big enough. Quiet Breakfast is very modest NO PARKING!!!, you have to search for your own( paid of course ) they told me: upon availability!!! They should make that clear in their info.

Wir hatten eine schöne Suite zu 5 Personen. Alles ist vorhanden, sogar eine Waschmaschine. Netter Empfang. Nur kein Parkplatz am Hotel, aber es gibt ein Parkhaus nur wenige Meter entfernt.

Royal Regency Hotel Apartments-excellent service!
We stayed at the Royal Regency Apartments for one night during a stop over in Abu Dhabi and booked an apartment room for 4 people. The hotel staff were very friendly and spoke very good English. We were amazed at the size of the apartment and full kitchen, including a dishwasher. The apartment was very reasonably priced and the staff only too happy to accommodate us with extra towels, roll away bed and extra sheets at no extra cost. As we had to leave early for the airport the porter kindly left to find us a taxi as booking one from the hotel incurs a fee payable to the taxi company. He arrived several minutes later in our taxi,loaded all our luggage and all with a smile! A full breakfast was included in the tariff. I would highly recommend this apartment and will be booking it again if we head to Abu Dhabi in the future.

Bonjour, Une semaine que je suis rentré en france et Abu dhabi me manque déjà.Cela tien en grande partie à la qualité de l' hébergement.Aucun soucis à se faire.Bien situé.A pieds je mettais 10 min pour aller à la corniche.L' hôtel est en plein centre ville.A 10 min en taxi du Abu dhabi mall, et également 10 min du marina mall.La plage est à 5 min en taxi. L' hôtel est vraiment situé au centre de tout.Pour manger pas de soucis, si on ne désire pas mangé dans l' hôtel (ce que j' ai fais), le quartier est rempli de Pizza Hut, burger King etc. Le personnel de l' hôtel ( à 100 % asiatique) est très professionnel, et est la pour tout problème. L' acceuil est agréable.Le seul point négatif c' est le Wi-fi qui est payant. Je conseil donc cet Hôtel Appartement. D' ailleurs en Avril je retourne à Abu dhabi, donc je repasserai par le Regency !! Bye

お得で快適
飛行機の乗り換え時間の関係で、アブダビ市内で一泊しなければならず、できるだけ安いホテルを探していたところ見つけたのがこちらのホテルでした。ホテルは市街中心部に近い便利な場所にあります。従業員の方がとても親切なのが印象的でした。客室はシングルにしては十分すぎるほど広く、清潔で、システムキッチンや応接セットまで完備されていました。ベッドも大きく、インテリアの趣味もよかったです。またアブダビに行く機会があればぜひ利用したいです。

Good for a business trip
Had a problem with my room condition on the first night there. They moved me immediately and the following morning offered an upgrade to a suite for the rest of my 2 week stay. A disappointing start but an excellent recovery! The hotel is in a great location for business but would be a bit bleak for a holiday. Central to one of the main city streets. It has no bar but is within a couple of minutes walk of other hotels that do have bars

Simple but comfortable, good value hotel
We were satisfied with our stay and thought the room was a good value compared with the prices we saw at other hotels. The location is convenient and fairly close to the Corniche. Staff was friendly and very helpful and quick to respond whenever we had a request. Our room was quiet, clean and comfortable. It was good to have a refrigerator and hot pot but a microwave would have been a nice feature instead of the stove. Bathroom lighting is not good for applying makeup, and a full length mirror woud have been nice, too. But overall we were satisfied and we would stay at the Royal Regency again.
