Such a beautiful and peaceful spot in busy Accra. The greenery and water at the poolside just really gives a serene vibe. I loved my staycation there. Definitely visiting again!

Good, but needs improvement
Olma is a very cute apartment suite. It’s currently just alright, but has the potential to be amazing. It’s in a great location, nearby restaurants in Osu, but not right on Oxford so it’s still quiet. They’ll bring breakfast in the morning, the pool and grounds were very pretty. Where it’s lacking is cleanliness which is fixable. I stayed in two different rooms and both I found in need of a deep deep clean. There were dirt and stains on the walls, doors, couches, bed and some of the sheets. With that cleaning and purchasing of some new sheets I’d gladly stay here again. The management was super accommodating and helpful with any issues that arose like loud neighbors. The price per night was perfect and the wifi was usually pretty strong — which I needed to work from the apartment.

Very Nice charming room, as expected. However. : The shower screen was iron and rusty. Breakfast was average. No coffee: we must use the nescafe served in the room. Also pay attention to the noise from the hotel-bar opposite which made noise all night. Fortunately, it was not too strong, but we could be less fortunate. Would I go back? Yes but not facing the hotel opposite and maybe without breakfast if not improving. Nice burger restaurant at 50 meters walk.

Second stay here two years in a row and what I like most is the "at home" feel, quality of furnishings and apartment structure (everything feels sturdy). The dtaff is very friendly and accomodating and breakfast options are plentiful. The property is also walking distance from Oxford street and a nearby restuarant called Burger and Relish. On my last visit, I noticed wear and tear on the outdoor furnishings and areas in the apartment in need of paint touchups. I would stay here again for sure.

Accra Oasis
We were there on business and rented 3 rooms. It was honestly one of my favorite hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The grounds are so nice, so clean. The pool area is great to lounge and escape the hustle of the city and the staff of the hotel was so accommodating to everything. While there is no restaurant or business center for those traveling in business, the staff was super accommodating and would order us food and drinks as we needed at a very reasonable rate. In short, it didn’t even feel like a work trip it just felt like I was staying at home as out suites had fully functioning kitchens. There’s lots near by, basically everything within a 10-20 min walk and or a 3 min taxi. It was super safe, never felt scared to walk at night but think it’s safest to walk with someone. Would highly recommend this place and the staff and thank you all so much for making our stay so pleasant!!

A week in Osu
An older, small hotel off a quiet street yet close to all the hustle and bustle of the attractions a person could want. The neighborhood was safe and people were all friendly. The staff was always professional and courteous. If I needed anything, they went out of their way to deliver. The only downside was because it is not on the main drag taxi and Uber drivers have difficulty finding it. But for a quite, laid back and relaxing atmosphere that's okay in my book. The breakfast is limited on the selections but everything was tasty and one could order whatever combination one desired. Many eating establishments are also within walking distance whether you taste are burgers, local cuisine or upscale dining. I would strongly consider staying here again if I return to this area. I thought it was a good value.

Great Style
A very stylish hotel for Ghana. The pool area is impressive. Our apartment (or condo however you like to think of it) was very spacious. Only strike was some ants in the master bedroom.

Es ist super schön, die Zimmer der Pool. Es tut so gut nach einem heißen anstrengenden Sightseeing Tag mal schnell in den Pool zu springen. Sehr geschmackvoll gestaltet, wie alles , auch die Zimmer, Apartments sind sehr schön.Die Lage ist Mega, relativ nah am Flughafen, fussläufig an der Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Banken usw. Good 3.5 star hotel but not cheap and beds r hard!
Nice 3.5 star hotel ..beds as hard as nails but that's typical of Ghana hotels. It's not cheap again typical of Ghana hotels. The area is so so unless u want to b near Oford St . The staff r helpful and polite and the place is in good condition

Olma Colonial Suites exceeded my expectations. The staff was super friendly and very responsive. The room was clean and as expected. The location is central to downtown Accra. I would definitely book here again.

Olma Colonial Suites feels like home. The property grounds are lovely, the units are well-appointed and modern, the staff is friendly and professional, and service and security are up to par. I spent a total of 6 nights at the property - 4 nights in room 205 and 2 nights in room 100. Room 205 is a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment on the second floor, with a land line to the reception area. Everything was up to standard with the apartment and service. Room 100 is a one bedroom, one bath unit on the ground floor. It's a lovely space, but somewhat noisy. One side of the wall is attached to a stairwell, which guests take to the second floor. Another wall is near the pool and a path to the reception area. And you can also hear footsteps from the unit upstairs. Aside from that, the room is comfortable. In addition, I like the variety on the breakfast menu, which was included in my room rate. Again, the staff here is very accommodating, helpful, and attentive. I believe I will stay at Olma again on future visits.

Nice boutique hotel close to the airport
Very nice boutique feeling hotel, staff were happy to help. The breakfast portions could have been abit bigger considering the price. I gave the cleanliness rating a 3/5 because the sofa had stains and the duvet cover had make up stains on it and the staff were able to give us a replacement quickly however it was damp and never dried during the night so it felt uncomfortable. Driver who collected us from the airport was very good and the vechicle was comfortable and clean. I would recommend staying at the Olma Suite - it felt safe and the staff were helpful.

What not to expect on a holiday
Part 1. On arrival at 10pm (Saturday) only 1 set of towels in room, no fridge as stated. No cold drinks available at premises. Breakfast has to be pre-ordered night before and is delivered to room. Sadly there was only 1 chair and no table so ended up having to eat on bed. During the day extra chair and small table arrived. Part 2. Discussed with Expedia our complaints and they said they would contact the property re our concerns. We did say at this point we wanted to change our hotel. Expedia asked that we give them and the property 48hrs to respond. There was no manager on the premises to discuss our issues until Monday lunchtime. The manager asked that we give her the opportunity to ‘show how good they could be’ and to give them a chance. We were offered an upgraded room at no extra charge. Superficially the suite looked excellent, unfortunately due to lack of maintenance the shower unit flooded the bathroom and into the bedroom. Staff there were quickly on to cleaning it up and later in the day we were told the issue had been resolved. However when the next shower was taken again it flooded!! Leaving the clean up team there we went out for the evening. Upon our return we were told there was a problem with the pipes and drainage and were invited to go to sister property whilst they addressed the issue. On our return after midnight we found half our belongings had been taken to yet another suite. We were mortified - sorry more to say but no space!!

I have personally reviewed the points made with the service team and can report that: - Housekeeping has been instructed to ensure there is a required supplly of all items in check in and occupied rooms at all times and the operations manager must inspect those rooms after housekeeping to avoid such incidents -Reception has also been instructed to ensure there's cold drinks at all times. -In regards to the flood in your bathroom, we've certainly addressed it. Perfect hotel for business or leisure in OSU
I stayed in Room 100. The room is big and is very nicely decorated. Bathroom is small but well equiped with a large shower. Only small disadvantage is that there is only a small desk on which the TV is installed, which should also serve to work or have breakfast. The pool is lovely. Staff is really good. WiFi is good.

Beautiful boutique hotel
Staff very friendly, perfect swimming pool, calm, near Osu street..all in all very good...but... room (#103) is extremely humid (smell...) and sofa needs urgent replacement.. stayed in rm #104 before and the difference is rather big...

Nice Rooms
We had a nice stay at Olma. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. We had a couple of unsuspected blackouts but overall the hotel is nice. The kids had fun in the pool too.

Oase der Ruhe im Kolonialstil mit modermen Komfort
Nach dem katastophalen Check-in gab das Rezeptionspersonal, das nichts dafür konnte, mir das Zimmer meiner Wahl (innerhalb meiner gebuchten Kategorie). Das Hotel selbst ist eine Oase des Friedens im belebten Vergnügungsviertel Accra-Osu und in einem renovierten Anwesen mit antik-kolonialem Flair bei gleichzeitig moderner Ausstattung (Möbel, Sanitäranlagen) untergebracht, das eine Atmospehere von Landhausromantik vermittelt. Der chaotische Check-in rührte daher, dass man im Hotel mit Hotel.com nichts anfangen und daher auch die Buchung nicht zuordnen konnte. Erst ein Anruf in Deutschland ergab, dass dort die Buchung über eine andere Agentur aufgelaufen sein sollte, wobei nie geklärt wurde, ob auch dies tatsächlich erfolgt war. Sie wurde wohl (erst) nach dem Anruf in Deutschland nochmals übermittelt. Empfehlung: Dem Kunden den Namen der Agentur, unter welchen das Zielhotel die Buchung erhält, vor Anreise mitteilen. Hätte in meinem Fall 60 bis 90 Minuten gespart. Der Input des telefonisch verständigten Hotelmanagers, dass dies ausschließlich ein Problem des Gastes sei, war wenig hilfreich, soviel zum Grundsatz der Kunde ist König.
