Hi Carla, I'm sorry sorry about the tissues and the heater. I can assure you that the heater works, and I usually turn it on for guests as I check them in, or explain them. They are a little quirky...Red is on and green is off, and beyond that, it's possible it was turned off at the wall. I wish you'd let us know and we would have turned it on for you. As for the tissues, so sorry, we always have tissues in the room but apparently we missed replacing the box for your stay. Again, if you'd let us know, we'd have happily given you some. Hope you enjoyed the game.

I'm afraid that I have no idea who you are or what you are talking about. I would suggest if this actually somehow happened you might speak to us about it, and not publish it to the whole world, when I haven't a clue what it is you are talking about! This is absolutely not something we would do...

Hi I'm not sure which room you were in since this is anonymous, however we have refinished all of the vinyl floors and they are gleaming now ! We're also working our way through refreshing the grout on all 16 bathrooms, however it's been so busy that we haven't been able to access the more popular units yet. As for bathrooms which are more convenient for wheelchairs and those with disabilities/injuries, if you let us know, we can accommodate this as we have a studio and a one bedroom unit without shower over bathtub configuration. But if special needs aren't mentioned when the reservation is made, these rooms might be randomly assigned to guests who don't need these accommodations.

Thanks so much for taking the time to leave this (mostly!) favourable review. I'll take a look at the rusty heater and see what I can do. It's been a little hectic here Post CoVid19, with no other permanent staff beyond one cleaner, but much of the time it's been very busy. Post CoVid we don't get bookings far in advance, which makes hiring staff a real challenge.... However, things are slowing down now and I have more staff on hand so we are focusing on making improvements and doing a spring clean. Hope to see you back again one day

Once again, so sorry about the noise from upstairs. I'm going to ensure guests with small children (and sports teams etc) are placed downstairs in the future, as guests upstairs won't be bothered by any noise from below. The noise only travels downwards. Glad you enjoyed everything else and hope to see you again one day.
