Hotel is in a really good location, and is close to everything. We were half board but had to walk to a sister hotel for meals because we had no restaurant. Hotel is 75% owned and has a clicky feel about it, especially around the pool. Rooms are basic , and will need refurbishment soon.

Brilliant hotel, had a great room with large balcony and sea view. Lovely pool area with 2 pools. Enjoyed our 5 night stay here. Situated in front of the harbour close to Adeje and Las Américas. Room would have been better to have 2 plugs near the bed instead of just 1. The only thing we was disappointed with was we requested late check out and was told to ask the next day in the morning but if not there was a shower room available for us to use which we was happy with. When we asked the next morning we was told that we wasn’t able to have late check out and there also wasn’t any shower rooms. We then had to go out all day in the sunshine without being able to freshen up before going to the airport. This was very disappointing for a 4 star hotel. Overall enjoyed the hotel and the holiday.

The hotel is in a great position right next to great night life but not to close to keep you awake at night. Fantastic pool area very clean and quiet. rooms are very big but the only negative was they were very dated and need updating badly. And air con does keep room cool

Rooms were a little tired but spacious and were clean. Rooms got cleaned daily and the towels were changed daily too which was pleasing. Location was the reason we chose the property and would stay there again

Very very old studio which has never been updated for prob 20 years in my opinion. Where the four stars have derived from I have no idea. Tiny kitchen is unsafe and quite simply dangerous as I know there are many older people staying in these apartments and studios. Shame on you Expedia, I have been coming to Adeje for 30 years and this is the second worse accommodation I have ever stayed during all these years.

Did not like thefact that Hovima only owned about 30 apartments in the whole building,so the likelihood of getting a good apartment with sun and sea view is minimal as all the good ones are privately owned.I think that this should be mentioned in the advertising as you are misleading the customer into thinking they could possibly get a room with a view.We could not even pay to upgrade as there was none available

Walking distance to Costa Adeje beach
Stayed here for 3 nights. This is not a 4 star hotel in any way. We had booked a studio apartment with two single beds. We got a room in the lower level facing the swimming pool. The room was decent with good beds, basic furniture, basic kitchen amenities like a small fridge, microwave, plates, cups, glasses, toaster, kettle, etc. However, no coffee, tea bags, sugar, etc were provided. The room was cleaned daily which was nice. However, we used to eat out. It might be good if you plan to cook and save on eating. Most of the restaurants/pubs cater to English tourists. However, if you scout some places, there are nice Spanish and Chinese restaurants around. A big plus point was the closeness to Costa Adeje which is just 5 minutes away. Breakfast is not provided in this hotel, but it is available at Hovima Panaroma which was 5 mins away from here and its worth paying 7 Euros for each person rather than searching for something early in the morning. Most of the cafes were closed at 7AM. The only drawback was that the WiFi signal is only available near the reception area so we had to use 4G to use the internet.

Costa Adje Hotel Club Atlantis
The Hovima Atlantis is an apartment hotel. We had two one bedroom apartments and although the decor was a little dated the rooms were clean and tidy. Everything worked and the staff were helpful. The main attraction is, however, its location within five minutes walk of beach, Puerto Colon Harbour and all the shops, pubs and restaurants you could wish for but still peaceful for a holiday.

Good apartments in a great location
The Club Atlantis apartment we stayed in was cosy and a bit dated but had the most amazing sea views from the balcony and was in a perfect location for us, close to a great selection of bars and restaurants and the beach. The pools and pool area were really well maintained and staff were helpful. The apartment was cleaned daily too. We loved the location and the pools and this outweighed the fact that the apartment was a bit small for the 4 of us. In fact, we were out and about so much that didn’t matter too much at all!

Close to everthing
The hotel is located on a hill, but close to shopping, restaurants and activities. We managed well and didn't gain weight. The staff at Atlantis was not very good, but there was one female member of the crew that was nice. The room set up was very peculiar. Would have preferred one large bed to 2 twins. We loved the Freebird boat trip to see the Wales. The crew was very accommodating. We also enjoyed the motorbike tour of the island.

Nice hotel close to the beach
We stayed for 10 nights at Easter , staff are really friendly and helpful . Pool is nice . Rooms are a bit dated but hey who goes on holiday to stay in your room. We would go back as the location is brilliant . 5 mins to the beach and 15 min walk to Siam park

The hotel was perfectly adequate. The location is fantastic right next to Puerto colon. It was basic but more importantly clean and the staff were helpful, friendly and welcome. Would stay again!

Onze verwachtingen van dit hotel waren hoger dan dat het uiteindelijk was. We vonden het hotel beiden geen 4 sterren waard. Er was geen airco in de slaapkamer,alleen in de woonkamer,dat is niet praktisch want je wilt koel kunnen slapen. De WiFi was alleen in de lobby en erg traag. Dat past niet bij een hotel dat men 4 sterren geeft. Er lagen diverse malen dode kakkerlakken op het terras. Het personeel zei alleen goeiedag als je het zelf eerst zei. We hadden niet het gevoel dat de klant echt koning was. Gezien de prijs mag je ook niet het beste verwachten maar dan moeten ze het hotel 3 sterren maken. De kamers waren netjes en werden elke dat schoongemaakt. Verder was alles beschikbaar in keuken en badkamer. De in richting was wat verouderd maar verder wel netjes.

Great stay
Nice hotel in an ideal location, room was always spotlessly clean and the pool area was very nice with lots of sun loungers - they're locked up until 10am but we never had an issue getting two for us. The local area is brilliant - lots of shops, bars and restaurants plus a very short walk from the beach. Toro tapas and grill and Limoncello are fab places for dinner.

Good location, Fab sea view.
Atlantis was very convenient to shops & Mercodona supermarket. Lovely restaurant nearby and apartment had a beautiful sea view. Reception staff were very helpful. Only downside was loud music being played at a nearby niteclub until early hour of the morning.

Convenient but not a 4 star hotel
This hotel was in a brilliant location and the staff are very friendly, however, the rooms lacked storage space i.e. drawers, dressing table and plug sockets and the beds were very hard with a pillow to match. The views were fantastic and it is in very easy reach of numerous bars and restaurants along with the beach. It was definitely not a 4 star hotel (although it looks like it is from the outside). The pool area in not big enough to cope with the amount of people staying in the hotel and going down at dinner time did not enable you to get a space to put sunbeds. It is a bit hilly there so I wouldn't recommend it for people who have mobility problems or asthma/COPD if they are wanting to walk about. However, overall it was a fantastic holiday and if you can get it at the right price (which we did) I would recommend it whether in a couple, a group or for a family.

November week
Stayed in hovima Atlantis for first week of November. Great location and rooms are clean and a decent size. Air conditioning is non existent with no fan in room, so uncomfortably warm in evenings. Sun loungers are chained up and not unchained until 10am, when there is a sudden race to get the best spot! Also as many appartments in the complex are privately owned it felt like most people had their "own spot".
