Sorry to say but the worst place we have ever stayed in. Don’t think the cleaners bothered to clean any of the bedding. Blood stains, make up stains, body fluid stains on every sheet , doona, pillows and cushions. I have photos to prove it. The Blood stain on pillow was the worst. There were white stains on black sheets, and brown stains on white sheets. When the shower is turned on - it floods the bathroom floor. The stench from the toilet was over powering. The location was lovely but I hope they are more strict on the cleaning regime. It ruined my family Christmas holiday. I’m still waiting for reply for a refund for the first night when we couldn’t sleep on any of the bedding . We were refused a full refund as we did not want to stay for another night after checking in late the night before. The only compensation was getting cleaners out to take all dirty bedding away and give us clean bedding. Which ruined my plans for that day. We only stayed for 3 nights - I hope Acushla accommodation take this review seriously and clean their property and fix the bathroom so family can enjoy their holidays .

In response to Kim's review... We were very sorry to hear of the distress this had caused and apologized deeply. Unfortunately a new cleaner was used but there was no excuse for using stained linen which had been laundered but were apparently stained.As soon as the text was received that morning, cleaners were dispatched as early as possible, which was within 3 hours of receiving the text. Due to the time of year, that was the earliest that could be managed. Kim chose to stay for a while while they cleaned but then went to the beach. There was no need for Kim to change her holiday plans as the cleaners had the access code. We offered an extra night with late checkout at no charge or to have a credit for one night to be used at a date convenient to Kim.No mention of any problems with the bathroom was received. We do apologize and would be very glad to offer a credit for a night at Kim's convenience.

Beach family break
Great for a small family who want to be on the beach. Every need for cooking is covered with utensils galore and top appliances and instructions. Lots of pamphlets for planning trips. DVDs for the kids were welcome. Quiet apartment complex. Sunsets a joy sitting at the window.

We loved the apartment, great view, loved being by the beach. The apartment was well appointed, we were able to find the things we needed during our stay. Plan to stay there on our next visit to Adelaide.

Well equiped property, with everything you need, right opposite the beach, glass enclosed balcony a great place to sit and have breakfast. Only issue was shower drainage, watter spread out of recess and around toilet. Would highly recommend to others

House was located in a great spot.

Beach front unit
Top unit with a lovely view in a great location. Nice modern furniture and all appliances great. Most units I've stayed in have basic instructions for appliances in a welcome folder, this would make things quicker and easier for guests. Also in the welcome folder could do with a clean out/up date of brouchers especially of cafes, retail outlets close by. If linen is supplied it would be nice to have more then one towel each. Overall it was a great unit would return and would recommend. No major issues just a few things that would make it easier for guests.

New mop is on it's way! So sorry, I didn't know it needed replacing. Yes the bathroom does get wet so we supply extra bathmats. It's a design failure, I'm afraid. I thought I offered you extra towels, we do apologize for any inconvenience and hope to see you again when you are next in Adelaide.

Little gem
Great little gem of an apartment, great fitout and location opposite the beach and close to surf club. The owner was really good to deal with. Will be certainly staying here again. I almost don't want to post a comment as I don't want anyone else to know it exists so we can always book again!
