Good Morning Jesus.i'm sorry you had a terrible experience.Reception is only manned until 8pm. however on your booking there was no contact number that we could contact you on or an email address that we could even send you a direct email regarding your arrival. when you make a booking through the third party booking site, we have an automated message sent to all bookings regarding important things you should be aware of. this was not acknowledge at all in the 2 weeks leading up to your booking. so when it came time to close up for the evening and you had not arrived by closing we have our policies in place to mark the guest as a no show if we have no way of contacting them and this they then forfeit their booking/payment. sorry for the inconvenience, Kind Regards Adelaide Inn Reception
