best location but bad for good sleep.
유흥가 딱 가운데 위치하고 있어서 잠자는것 이외의 활동을 하기에 위치는 참 좋지만 잠만 생각하면 꽤 불편한 곳. 일시적인 공사일수는 있지만 주변이 바로 술집이라 상당히 시끄럽고 예민한 사람은 숙면취하기에는 추천하고 싶지 않은 호텔. 호텔은 방음에 매우 매우 더 신경을 써야 함. 그 외는 적당히 나쁘지 않은 곳

Great location. Room didn’t get cleaned one day and one of the days it I didn’t get hand towels and face washers. Don’t bother with breakfast it is crap. All the eggs and bacon is consistently cold every morning.

The property was very old and needed revamping. The chair in our room was broken. No dressing gowns and when we asked for them we got the oldest straggly looking gowns delivered that should have been thrown out a long time ago. Shower had mould in it. Water bottles were not replaced. This is more of a 3.5 star hotel.

The hotel is very conveniently located and the major city attractions are accesible by walking distance. Room is maintained cleanly and provides bottled water every night which makes guests feel they are cared about. We spent three nights and had first breakfast at the hotel however my Visa card was declined and we had to bring cash from room to make payment. It turned out the card had no problem with other vendors. But then we avoided the hotel restaurant later . All staff including ones in the restaurant are very nice.

For safety reasons I gave details at reception regarding my daughter’s multiple disabilities. We were upgraded to a two bedroom apartment with balcony overlooking pool. This gave my daughter her own space and allowed me to spend quality time with my son. Pool was fantastic, and both kids loved it. We were permitted to eat from the bar menu in the much quieter restaurant, which meant my daughter was able to eat without distress. Staff were amazing. Made our short staycation a wonderful experience.

Great hotel, staff & location
Staff from beginning to end very friendly and helpful and is a good start to the stay. Located only 5 mins away from CBD and transport and lots of eateries. Close to tram that takes you to the lovely beach suburb of Glenelg with its shopping area on Jetty rd - so no parking issues. We asked for a quiet room which we got. The aircon was louder than normal and went on and off a lot during the night even though we set temperature correctly. Parking available at hotel. Breakfast was great with great variety. We've stayed here many times over the years and enjoy everything about it so always keep going back.

Great place to stay if wanting something central. It was eye opening that staff were serving alcohol in glass bottles/glasses in pool area which was against the rules but also could be a safety concern. Overall would stay there again as clean and convenient to all places. Make sure you mention you want a quiet room.

We parked at a cost of$25 a day,a water pipe or chemical pipe was leaking above our car.Spillage from this pipe leaked over the windows and windscreen,this was reported to the hotel staff no one was interested and residents continued to park there.It cost us $120 to get this fixed.I will never recommend this hotel to anyone
