Sorry to hear that you are disappointed Marg.You pressed the button on the computer to book a non-refundable room. You didn't even bother to ring telling us that you were no longer coming. I rang you after 5pm to check on your arrival time and then you informed me that you would not be coming. If you had done that earlier perhaps things could have been changed. In future read the conditions of your booking and communicate your intentions earlier.

Sorry to hear about your experience with the cleaner. We are usually great with maintenance. Which room were you in as I cannot find a "Peter" that has stayed in the last 2 weeks. Yes we are a retro, old style motel. Some people like a trip back down memory lane so sorry you didn't.

Stay off the drugs and treat the place you stay in with respect and respect will be returned to you. One day you may grow up into a nice person. We just didn't appreciate the way you left the room with rubbish all over the floor and tomato sauce thrown all over the walls. You keep playing the victim because no doubt everyone will feel sorry for you. Perhaps you should have tried harder at school.

Thank you for your concerns Brian. Every five rooms are serviced by a hot water system and if some guests have long showers then it can take an hour or two to re-heat. As for the toilet paper. Most commercial (public) places have a one sheet at a time system to prevent over-use. Next time put two or three on top of each other to solve the problem.
