We stayed overnight in a 2 bedroom apartment, the room had a number of issues, as soon as we entered the room it smelled like faeces, bathroom door did not lock, the floor in kitchen was sticky and I attempted to clean it with a wet cloth and cut myself on a piece of glass that was on the floor, there appeared to be red wine splatters on the cupboard door in kitchen area, reported to reception staff who were rude and unhelpful just gave me a Band-Aid and got housekeeping to clean the floor. We used the pool and spa and ended up with a rash over our bodies (3 out of 5 of us used the pool and spa and those who didn’t use it didn’t have a rash). I contacted the establishment 2 days prior to arrival and requested a car park and explained we were travelling with a disabled person, was told they had one onsite, upon arrival they told us that we couldn’t use the onsite carpark and would have to use the one a short distance away however this was extremely challenging when having to also cart luggage. Carpark smelt of urine (not the fault of the establishment). We had to wait for a while when checking out as reception were in the side room and didn’t come out. Unfortunately our experience did not meet the expectations of a 4.5 star hotel and for the price of the room for less than 24 hours is in my opinion extremely disappointing
