L'hotel è rinnovato e le camere sono confortevoli, anche se la temperatura era veramente troppo alta. Ottime la colazione e la cena a buffet. Poco agevole invece il parcheggio e i passaggi tra un hotel e l'altro. Avremmo gradito meno vincoli orari per i pasti per sfruttare al meglio la palestra che apriva tardi e le piscine che invece chiudevano alle 21 (la cena era programmata alle 19.45)

Il prezzo è sicuramente il punto di forza rispetto ad altre strutture simili. Molto caotico il parco piscine. Carina l'area benessere anche se per arrivarci bisogna fare chilometri... Se cercate un weekend in coppia intimo non è esattamente la soluzione ideale

The hotel itself is a very nice building and is very clean and well maintained. What is missing form many of these reviews, and the hotel site itself, is the fact that the Neptun does not have a reception desk, which means you need to do everything at the hotel next door. This includes entering the hotel after returning from dinner as the front door is locked. You walk up many steep stairs, and then have to walk down a very dark street to access the hotel. All access is by very steep stairs or streets, so this is not the place to stay if you find steep inclines difficult. The parking lot was completely full and difficult to find parking in. The key works part of the time, and when you discuss anything with the staff none of them seem to enjoy their job and I felt like my questions were annoying them. Only one lady was pleasant to deal with. Also note that the bar/lounge doesn't even open until 7pm. Getting through/from their pool area is like a mouse in a maze, and then you cannot get back through the doors from the other hotel to the Neptun. Definitely not a 4* experience.

Nice one-day breakaway
We drove to the seaside for one night with our kids. They loved it as did we. Large childrens play room, access to two pool areas, decent breakfast... The hotel itself is a bit old but very well maintained. We asked at check-in if we can go for dinner at the hitel and they told us they might be full and that they won't know until the dinner stars. Either they have very poor booking planning or the lady at check-in didn't wonna bother with us. I think it's the later... We past by dinner area when returning from the pool and it looked empty. So book half-.board in advance in you plan to eat at the hotel;).

Il posto è bellissimo, senza dubbio, l'Hotel Neptune all'arrivo si dimostra bello, ristrutturato da poco, ma per accedere bisogna passare attraverso l'Apollo, sempre della stessa catena, come gli hotel li attorno. Tutto sempre molto pulito, camera ampia e luminosa, terme tra le più belle viste in giro. I problemi si hanno con il parcheggio veramente piccolo e a pagamento 5€/giorno, altrimenti paghi il prezzo del parcheggio per strada su striscia blu; la cucina è veramente dozzinale, di qualità media bassa: pasta sempre scotta e con condimenti base, come anche la semplice pomodoro e basilico, ma in generale insufficiente; inoltre, l'acqua presa a cena va consumata, poiché non la ritroverai sul tavolo il giorno dopo... almeno il vino si. Personale sempre cortese, impeccabile.

Not a 4 star hotel, don't book it!!!
said, "4-star hotel", - not sure how they got 4 stars. very poor service, staff is rude and uniformative about their hotel and area around the hotel. A/c stopped working in the middle of the night, - no help there; had to open balcony, but it was very noisy; very little towel supplies and you HAVE to ask for pool towels (only in the morning if you run into cleaning staff); check-in was quick but nothing was explained; the room key was VERY hard to work; out of 4 outlets only 1 was working and nobody took care of it. WiFi was working poorly or not working at all. Don't book this hotel

A beautiful stay in Portoroz.
Our stay at the Neptun hotel was very pleasant . We had a room with a fabulous view over the sea and harbour. The room was big and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent but the dinner in our half-board was somewhat mediocre. The indoor-outdoor pool area, which is shared with the other "Wellness" hotels was very nice but due to a large number of stairs from the Neptun it is only suitable for fairly fit individuals. The same is true for access to the Neptune from the main streat in Portoroz. The hotel is in an excellent location and Portoroz is a beautiful town with only 3 km walk to the old town of Piran. We used GoOpti vans to get to and from the Trieste (Montfalcon) airport which worked very well (70-80 Euros each way). Thanks for a nice stay.

Hotel moderno con arredi e strutture nuove o recentemente rinnovate, parte del complesso di alberghi della catena Lifeclass: strutture di alta qualità, tutte unite con piscine e spazi SPA comuni, raggiungibili da qualunque hotel tramite scale e corridoi di interconnessione. Camera standard molto spaziosa e pulita, comodo letto matrimoniale davvero confortevole (cuscini un po' morbidi), tavolo e sedie per aperitivi e cene direttamente in camera, e balconcini che per la maggiorparte si affacciano sul mare, raggiungibile in 2 minuti scendendo una scalinata e attraversando la strada (il Neptun non ha l'ingresso direttamente sul lungomare ma un po' sopraelevato lungo una strada in salita). Offre prima colazione o mezza pensione. Il ristorante a buffet è aperto dalle 7 alle 10 e dalle 19 alle 21, un orario un po' scomodo per noi italiani. Qualità del cibo nella media (da ristorante a buffet), ma ampia varietà di piatti che incontrano i nostri gusti (spesso alcuni condimenti sono un po' saporiti). Da migliorare la pulizia delle stoviglie, spesso non impeccabili. Area SPA e Sauna Park grandi e piene di cose. In sauna, norma nei paesi dell'est, si entra nudi senza distinzione di percorso maschi/femmine (consentito solo l'uso del telo da loro fornito). Spiaggia privata. Mini Club. Prenotando online alcune cose potrebbero essere da pagare in loco e non incluse. Nel complesso siamo stati molto bene ed è un posto che consiglio.

Tutto perfetto per quanta riguarda l'hotel: le camere molto ampie, pulizia, cibo vario e buono (soprattutto la colazione), le piscine termali sono stupende. Unico neo e' la quasi assenza della spiaggia e co.unque quell' che c'è è in lastricati.

Szuper hotel, jók az ételek, különösen a vacsora (bár vacsoránál még a vízért is fizetni kell, nem keveset, ez fekete pont). A reggeli is jó, de lehetne picit változatosabb. Közel a part, csendes, remek a wellness, extra tágas a szoba és az erkély, tisztaság kitűnő, a személyzet kedves. A parkolás kissé nehézkes (nem mindig van hely). Egyik legjobb hely, ahol valaha voltam.

Camera inadeguata alla qualità della struttura
Grande albergo con tante piscine , collegato alle tarme e di fronte alla spiaggia ma con una camera assolutamente inadeguata. Lavandino gocciolante, le prese che non funzionano, mobili miseri e insufficienti. Eravamo in 3, ma nella descrizione della camera parlavano di 2 letti matrimoniali, di fatto però abbiamo avuto solo 1 matrimoniale e 1 singolo. Insomma insoddisfacente.

Hôtel confortable avec espace bien-être
Hôtel bien situé, personnel très sympathique. Il se trouve dans un grand complexe avec des hôtels de la même chaîne. C'est parfois un labyrinthe mais on peut profiter des équipements de tous les autres hôtels et on croise finalement peu de monde. La chambre était très grande, les lits grands et confortables, la sdb assez pratique (wc séparés) et le balcon très agréable (à l'arrière mais avec une petite vue sur la mer). Insonorisation impeccable. Petit déjeuner buffet très complet dans une salle avec vue sur la mer. Petite salle de jeux pour les enfants. Espace bien-être (piscines, sauna, beauty center, massages, etc.) ouvert de 7h à 21h. L'accès aux piscines et au sauna était inclus et nous en avons bien profité.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt im Hotel Neptun in Portoroz. Schönes Zimmer, freundliche Mitarbeiter, tolles Frühstücksbuffet. Der Wag zum Stand war nicht weit. Leider wurde die Therme von uns nicht genutzt, das es in dieser Woche sehr heiß war und der Strand, mit schönen Pinien bewachsen mehr lockte.

Hotel bello e comodo, vicino al mare, a negozi e a buoni ristoranti. Personale cortese, camere bellissime e comode, colazione fantastica. Le piscine sono belle ma purtroppo ci sono pochi idromassaggi. Posizione ottima anche se si vogliono noleggiare le bici per andare a Pirano e alle Saline

Hotel Neptun ist ist ein Angenehmes Hotel.
Hotel Neptun ist direkt verbunden mit Hotel Apollo, da ist auch der Haupteingang und Rezeption. Ein Parkplatz ist Vorhanden und kann für Hotelgäste benutzt werden. In unsere Woche war es da Bombenvoll aber immer noch ein Platz finden können. In Hotel Neptun gibt es auf Stockwerk -1 das Restaurant für Frühstück und Abendessen. Sehr freundliches Personal und das Essen ist vom Buffet und es gibt Ausreichend von Alles. Zimmer war jeden Tag super sauber, nur ein Zimmer mit Badewanne ist geeignet für noch körperlich flexible Menschen, Badewanne ist ziemlich hoch und eim Aussteigen ist es ein Akt wie in Zirkus.....Die Hauptstrasse ist zu erreichen via Hotel Apollo, dann durch die Therme und mittel Lift zum Strassenebene, oder es gibt viele Stufen zwischen Hotel Neptun und Hotel Apollo. Die Therme zugang ist gratis aber ohne Sauna, das ist mit zuzahlung. Das Wasser ist TOP. Es git noch ein zweitrs Bad und ist unter Hotel Slovenija und ist innendurch erreichber. Für ein Bademantel zahlt man einmal und kann es dann dauernd benutzen. Gesamt ein gutes Hotel solange man gut gehen kann, wegen mehrere Stufen von Apollo nach Neptun und ein paar Stufen zum Restaurant.

Freundliches Hotel in schöner Lage
Das Frühstücks- und Abend-Buffet boten sehr viel Abwechlsung, viel frisches Obst und vorzügliche Salate, aber auch Fleisch- und Milchprodukte, sowie Getränke aller Art, für jeden war etwas dabei. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Hotelpersonal. Vielfältige Thermenlandschaft. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Soggiorno a Portorose perfetto
Relax assicurato in questo albergo di ottima qualità. Le piscine sono molto ben tenute. La colazione è molto varia e abbondante. La cena a buffet è molto ben assortita e conveniente (18 euro).
