Great summer stay!
Wonderfully kept property with clean rooms. We loved our balcony looking out onto the ocean! The pool was such a welcome treat and never too busy despite it being high season in Lipari. Breakfast had good variety and lots of baked sweets!

Lovely hotel
We had a lovely stay in a family room which had 2 twin beds and a double. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and it was good to use the shuttle service with the kids.

Hotel tranquillo con piscina
Arrivati e trovato del personale spettacolare.. da Ornella in poi uno meglio dell’altro. Orari di navetta comodi e schedulati ma se chiedevi un fuori orario qualcuno ti prendeva o portava sempre. Colazione ottima, abbondante, di qualità e con pane buonissimo. Ospiti irriguardosi della privacy ? Non ti preoccupare, Ornella li manda in escursione ! GRANDE.

Beautiful grounds
Wonderful hotel , just out of the way from busy main streets ( 10 minute walk) the free shuttle bus that runs all day until midnight from the port and town was efficient and useful. Hotel breakfast was fabulous- spot on for choice. Swimming pool was super with a spa seat one end and sun loungers comfy. very tranquil. Lipari is wonderful, loads of restaurants and boat trips available.

Loved being here in Lipari
We had a very pleasant and comfortable stay. We enjoyed being on the edge of town where there was less traffic noise. The hotel also has a free shuttle service to and from the port where the ferries arrive. Starting at 8am. Too late if you need to make the 7:45am Palermo hydrofoil but good for most connections. Very good breakfasts including scrambled eggs and lots of other choices. There is also a lovely swimming pool. The hotel has special discount arrangements with restaurants and other businesses. We thought it was very good value.

Ein wirklich angenehmes Hotel mit großen Zimmern. Alles war sehr gepflegt. Am ruhigen Pool könnte man sich git entspannen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und der Service gut.

Great hotel for a holiday in Lipari.
We stayed at the Borgo Eolie for 4 nights in September. We found the hotel to be in a great position - 10 minute walk to the main part of town. They also have a complimentary bus which we didn't actually use but seemed to be great for people who didn't want to walk. The breakfast was also good. The pool was fantastic - it was never too busy and plenty of lounge chairs around. The hotel also gave us towels with a refundable deposit which we got back on our last day when we returned the towels.

Pleasant staff and courtesy bus to and from town
Large room , friendly staff. Phone hotel when you get to the port and they will collect you free of charge -- saves the taxi fare

Really lovely - A little Gem
We were a group of 6 relations attending our cousins wedding. The hotel was ideal, it was less than 10 minute walk to the pedestrian street/town centre. The hotel runs a very regular shuttle bus service to the pedestrian area and the Port. Ideal and excellent also free service, from early morning to midnight.The staff were excellent and very helpful. The pool area was lovely with free sunbeds, umbrellas and a shaded relaxation area covered by gazebo.

Vacaciones imprevistas
Borgo Eolie fue mucho más de lo que esperaba. No sólo por la vista del mediterráneo y del castillo que domina toda la Isla de Lipari, sino por sus habitaciones, infraestructura, cuidadosos detalles y la calidez de su personal. Cada media hora se realizan viajes de un minuto hasta el inicio de la peatonal de la isla para que uno no tenga que subir el empinado trayecto que permite que el hotel tenga las maravillosas vistas. Otro de los beneficios singulares es la relación precio calidad, que a mi juicio es el mayor beneficio de haberse alojado en este hotel. Viaje a Lipari para una conferencia, pero al alojarme en Borgo Eoili sentí a ratos que estaba de vacaciones.

Borgo Eolio, Hotel mit kleinen Einschränkungen
Sauberes, leider etwas dunkles Zimmer mit relativ kleinem Bad. Freundlicher, aufmerksamer Service, mit Top-Shuttle-Bus-Service vom und zum Hafen/Zentrum. Etwas ausserhalb des Zentrums, aber gut auch zu Fuss machbar. Reichhaltiges, frisches Frühstück. Leider befand sich unter unserem Zimmer eine mechanische Werkstatt, deren allmorgendlicher Lärm das Ferienfeeling ebenso beeinträchtigte, wie das nächtliche Hundegebell.

Fantastic hotel. Free shuttle bus to the centre (10 mins walk) or port throughout day/evening. Very helpful staff. Lovely pool, which was never too busy. Can not recommend this hotel enough!

Really nice hotel, good sized comfortable rooms, a great pool area, and staff were amazing. A ten minute walk to shops and restaurants, we liked the walk, but otherwise the staff are really helpful with frequent shuttle service between. Breakfast was great - in fact it may have been the best breakfast of the hotels we stayed in on the islands. Would recommend hiring a scooter and exploring the beaches further north, they are beautiful.

Alles ist noch sehr neuwertig. Die Zimmer sind großzügig und sauber. Der Pool ist ideal zum entspannen. Besonders herzlich war Massimo, ein absolut netter Kerl. Er hat uns sehr, sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend empfangen und war immer für eine nette Unterhaltung zu haben. Großes Lob! Auch das übrige Team war absolut in Ordnung.

Ein sehr gepflegtes Hotel auf traumhafter Insel
Das Hotel ist mit dem Roller, Auto oder Taxi in etwa 10 Minuten vom Hafen Liparis aus gesehen sehr gut zu erreichen. Es handelt sich um ein ruhiges und gut ausgestattetes Hotel mit ausreichend Komfort, gutem Frühstück, zuvorkemmendem Personal, einem schönen Pool und vor allem sauberen Zimmern. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Hotel in jedem Fall weiterempfehlen.

It is the excellent service that helps separate Borgo from an average hotel. When served you felt like nothing was too much trouble and well looked after. Very good value for money and recommended as a base to see lipari and other nearby islands.

Nel mese di settembre abbiamo trascorso quattro giorni in questo delizioso hotel, dotato di ogni comfort, pulitissimo, con personale gentile e molto disponibile. Immerso in un giardino molto curato e gradevole, l'hotel è dotato di piscina, aria condizionata e wifi gratuito. L'accesso alla nostra camera era preceduto da un graziosissimo patio ben arredato e, sul retro, si apriva un giardinetto provvisto anche di stendipanni. La camera, molto ampia, era dotata di un comodissimo angolo cottura, ben "mimetizzato" in un armadio. Ottima la colazione a buffet.

Beautiful hotel, outstanding service
I stayed at the Hotel Borgo Eolie with a friend for 2 nights and this hotel completely exceeded our expectations in terms of cleanliness, beautiful landscape, delicious and variety of the breakfast and above all, the friendliness and excellent service of the staff. The location is a short walk from the town centre but the hotel even offers a free shuttle service. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to all my friends.

Sehr nettes Hotel mit best möglichem Service, absolut zuvorkommend. Lage etwas außerhalb wird durch Gratisshuttle ausgeglichen. Super Preis/Leistung. Würde sofort wieder dort nächtigen. Sehr gepflegte, saubere Gartenanlage, Zimmer ausreichend groß, ruhig und beschaulich, schöner Pool. Beste Basis für Ausflüge zu den eolischen Inseln
