Your home away from home!
This is my second stay at Sun City. The price is low, the atmosphere is the best. This is a family run hotell, Gina and her family will do all their best for you. This time we had room facing the pool, with this direction youl will need to cope with sometraffic sounds. Ask for room at the back. For this price and category, the comfort and maintenace is much better than many greek hotels. We are all happy. The cleaning is excelente and the small kitchenette has all you need. Aircon function well. Small walk down to different choices of small sandy beaches. Very children friendly, but also perfect for couples wanting cosy beach bars and sand. The pool at the hotel has shadow afternoon. Perfect for families. Overall, there is nothing like Sun City in Agii Apostoly when it comes to excellente service and atmosphere. And good price. We warmly reccomend. Ps small cosy minigolf next to the hotell. Fun for the family. See you again Gina!! All the best, Charlotte and Family

Excellent appart-hôtel.
Cet appart-hôtel est excellent. La gentillesse du personnel y fait beaucoup. Situé à 300 m de la mer, proche d'un supermarché, une piscine grande et agréable, un bar, la propreté, un arrêt de bus à 30 m pour se rendre en centre ville (qui permet de visiter la Crète en bus sans avoir besoin de voiture de location) : tout pour plaire loin des autres touristes de la côte. Un cocon qui nous a ravi pendant 1 semaine.

Sun City hotel in Crete Island (Greece)
Our economic room is very small: bathroom is about 6 sq. ft. with 2 sq. ft. shower that make the bathroom floor wet most of the time. Owner and personnel are extremely friendly.

Friendly family run hotel with homie rooms
I picked the hotel for couple of reasons First the parking seemed to be good outside when I looked on google map. Second was the pictures off the rooms. They seemed so much more homie compared to other places that are all white with white IKEA furnitures. I was not disapointed of neither. It is only a short walk to the beaches. And there are many nice restaurants around. Use the other guests recomendation. Many of them did I learn have been coming back to this hotel for 20 years. Also very easy to take the bus into town. As the bus stop is more or less directly outside. One Lidle and another big super market is also just beside the hotel. Of course Lidle is not that good so go to the other one. Possible to make your own breakfast. But I ordered different breakfast every morning From couple of fried eggs and omelete to Greek salad. All good. If only one thing to complain is that the shower was tiny. But if other people with rollator walkers can use it. Then I should not complain :)

I loved Sun City and the staff. Actually changed plans partially because of how well it suited my needs. Room was as promised. Air condition worked when I wanted to, there was hot water when I wanted to and it was a calm place to stay. Close to bus stops and beach. And there are a couple of grocery stores quite literally next door if you want to make the most of your room. Their cleaner is great and she left my room look like as if it were my first time stepping in.

Best of the Best
My partner Wendy, My son Peter and my Grandson Kazuki who is 11 years old all agree it was the cleanest, friendliest Hotel we have ever stayed in. Like many desperately in need of a holiday we could not have asked for better. As many before us have said the Family who run it are just delightful. Helpful, Happy. Pool was large enough and so relaxing to lay around with the small bar also open at night. We got Taxi's in the Town but there were also several Restaurants near by.. There is a lift, showers small but good enough. Would Highly recommend this Hotel to Family's couples, singles, anybody . They deserve a Gold Medal

Hotellin omistajat ja henkilökunta erittäin ystävällisiä ja palvelualttiita. Huone jossa asuin oli pittoreski ja erittäin siisti. Erityisesti huonesiivous oli loistavaa. Pidin myös siitä, että huoneen sai pimennettyä hyvillä verhoilla hienosti. Wi-fi toimi loistavasti myös. Kiva, että huoneessa oli liesi ja jääkaappi. Halusin levätä ja löytää rauhaa lomallani. Tämä hotelli täytti kaikki toiveeni siitä.

Formidable. Nous sommes toujours aussi bien accueillis par Gina et toute la famille. Nous y retournons régulièrement. Hôtel très bien entretenu. Proche des commerces. A 10 minutes du centre de la Canée en voiture.

Dette er ferie :)
Vi bodde 14 dager på Sun City. Ett opphold med fantastisk service fra Gina og hennes familie :) Vi hadde frokost som var enkel men velsmakende og god. Hotellet sine ute områder var velstelt likeså som inne. Basseng og poolbar med veldig god service :) Kort vei til flere strender, spisesteder og til Chania med flere opplevelser. Buss rett utenfor. fine gode rom med veranda. Ett godt sted og være på ferie.Vi kommer igjen neste år i 14 dager for ro og opplevelser å ikke minst og møte familien til Gina og de som jobber der. De er fantastiske :) Hilsen 2 fra Bergen :)

Hotel confortevole. Staff meraviglioso.
Camera di hotel che è un vero appartamento con angolo cottura ben fornito e balcone abitabile. È dotato di un parcheggio riservato ed è a due passi da supermercati, ristoranti e spiagge. In 5/10 minuti di auto si è nel centro di Chania. Staff cordiale, gentile e preparato. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Definitely the best choice
Excellent stay! The room was comfortable with a fantastic balcony and a small kitchen good for prepearing breakfast or a quick and simple meal! Beach it's just five minutes walk and really nice. The supermarket it's just beside the hotel. The swimming pool was good too. We felt as home, all of them were really nice and helpful. We would definitely recommend it!

Séjour inoubliable
Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans ce petit hôtel familial; le personnel est très accueillant on s'y sent comme chez soi. Les lieux sont propres, le ménage est fait quotidiennement, une piscine est à disposition ainsi que des bouées et transats. Un bar est disponible avec de quoi se restaurer, et la gérante est serviable elle a réussi à nous expliquer les trajets en bus (avec notre anglais c'était pas gagné...) Le lieu est bien placé, de nombreux restaurants sont à proximité ainsi que trois plages, deux supermarchés et un centre de loisirs. Merci encore !

5nuits dans la region de la Canée au Sun City. Tres bien situé a 4 km de la vieille ville par le bus 21 ou en voiture et a pieds de 4 magnifiques plages(criques de sable) parking devant l'hotel facile Parfait pour visiter la Canée et pour rayonner dans l'ouest

I couldn't have asked for more
I couldn't have asked for a nice stay. Gina and her family made me feel very welcome, with a mix of great hospitality and good humour. The rooms were spacious, pleasant and clean. If I had to choose between Sun City, and some of the five star resorts down the road, I would choose Sun City in an instant. It is everything I love about Greece. The location is great too, once you figure it all out. There are two incredible beaches within 500 metres or so, and the busses to Chania are easy to hop on and off of - talking little more than 15 minutes. I hope to return in the next couple of years. It's a great spot.

Fantastik rare værter. Familieejet hotel tæt på dejlig strand, natur og by. Kan varmt anbefales til børnefamilier og voksne. Der var mange gæster der havde været der før, og det er ikke sidste fågang vi kommer det. ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Nice spot to relax, would definitely come again!
Came for an overnight stay while in the area for work to get a bit of R&R. Everyone here was really friendly and the room was very clean. The area was a few blocks outside the area of Kydonia with all the restaurants, so it was a very easy walk but also nice and quiet for sleeping. Selection of beaches within easy walking distance, with a good mix of fine sand for sitting under an umbrella, areas to snorkel and some caves to explore. I'd be happy to come back again; definitely great value and the location can't be beat. For North Americans it's the fairly European standard of two twin beds together vice a queen bed (in the room I had anyway). I've seen the same in three and four star hotels, so that's something you can generally expect. Anyway, nice spot, family friendly, would recommend.

Välskött familjedriven anläggning
Välskött familjedriven anläggning. Värdfamiljen med Gina i spetsen tog hand om oss på ett personligt och varmt sätt. Läget är nära flera stränder, dagligvaruhandel, bussar, bankomat och restauranger. Hotellet har ett trevligt poolområde med bar. Wifi funkade bra vid receptionen, men mindre bra på rummet. Ett hotell att rekommendera!
