Fantastic position of our cabin. Able to see the beach and hear the waves. Go to sleep hearing waves and wake up with them. Safe patrolled beach. Excellent facilities. Showers hot with great pressure and beds so comfortable.

We stayed in a treetop safari tent for a night to break up a long road trip. So glad we stayed here, loved exploring the beautiful local area. The tent/cabin felt very secure, and it was pleasant hearing the rolling surf at night. Main bed was soft and very comfortable. The single beds were not made up for the kids, despite us booking for a family of 4. We had to make them up ourselves. (Just frustrating that we only discovered this at the end of a long day when trying to put the travel-weary kids to bed.)

Lovely cabin in this well maintained caravan park. Perfect for 2 with a beautiful outlook over Agnes Bay beach. It would have been good to have an electric frypan in the unit as the only cooking facility in the cabin was a microwave oven .. and it was quite a distance room the communal bbq ... we will be back

The safarie tent was a great experience. Onlly down side is, by booking through Expedia online for 1 night, you get put in the lowest tent with no ocean view like we expected, but still pay the ocean view price, and looked into someones caravan at ground level, apparently thats what happens, you get whats left not want you actually book. Next time will call the park itself to book. Park itself was beautiful.

This place is perfect! We stayed in a little studio room 2A and it was very clean and the balcony area overlooks the park and the ocean, can watch people surf while you have your morning coffee. We would stay again

We will be back
Our cabin had perfect views of the beach, plenty of sun and relaxing atmosphere. The cabin was stylish, clean, comfortable and cool with air-con. The kitchenette was slightly too small (limited bench space) but had all the essentials to make a meal. Bathroom small but clean and modern. Loved the pressure in the shower. Customer service was A+. Seamless and welcoming.

We stayed in the safari tent - was absolutely amazing! Having the beach right at our tent was great, and the tent was fully equipped with everything you need. The only thing that can definitely be improved is the coffee and the barista at the cafe. We’ll be back at the park in the future for sure!

Great place to stay
Amazing staff, very clean studio, fantastic location. Only issue was there's not enough space inside the facility to park if bringing a boat or a trailer. Also the shower screen wasn't fitted properly in our studio, it leaked water everywhere every time we used it. Apart from that it's a fantastic place to stay and we definitely will be back.

The best relaxing spot such that I am almost reluctant to write a review as I don't want it to be booked out next time we want to visit! Easy laidback chilled and every other relaxing descriptive word. The treetop tents contain everything needed for a perfect beach holiday. from the baby Weber bbqs to the outdoor dining sets an easy walk to the beach. A friendly campground that feels secure and private and wellcared for and maintained.

Unit Nicely positioned over grass area to beach. A pity the car parks didn’t correspond to unit site as had to carry luggage to another parking spot further away. Units could have a bit extra microwave cooking pieces, as we couldn’t get the gas top to work. Good coffee shop on site . Would stay again.

Geat location
Great location with direct access to beach. Listing and confirmation email said there was deep soak bath tub but upon arrival we found this didn't exist. The apartments are lovely and new and very comfortable.

Awesome location right on the beach, can walk easily to and from beach and hear the waves. Rooms are very close to each other, not a lot of privacy.

Beautiful relaxing place. Direct access to beach with a coffee shop just metres away. Close to all shops and bottle-o. Children had loads of space to run around and when they were done with the beach, the park was just around the corner! Pet friendly too

Beautiful location.
We stayed in a breakers chalet. Was quite comfy with heating and air conditioning. A bit strange to enter/exit the room through the bathroom but was okay for our family. Beautiful location. A bit expensive during the school holiday. Was clean and tidy.

Location was perfect. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Next time we will take some fold up chairs to fully enjoy the grass area.

A little gem
This studio apartment was at the front of the caravan park with unobstructed views of the ocean. It was located at a patrolled part of the beach and there are no stingers here, so you can swim all year round. Car parking was right outside the door. The park had an amazing little cafe that served breakfast and lunch each day and at reasonable prices. Wi-fi was only available at the cafe but there was lots of seating around it and the Wi-fi still worked when the cafe was closed.

The only problem we had was we could hear everything that was going on in the room next to us! Maybe think about not putting families next to People who aren’t there with families! As we had some very long loud nights next to us when we we’re trying to sleep!

Glamping
Under canvas but with a really comfortable bed and ensuite. The campsite is perfectly placed, every site is only a few steps from the beautiful surf beach. Trish at reception was so helpful and all the staff we met were friendly and welcoming. We were in treetops 1 which had a limited view. Treetops 8,7 and 6 are elevated and I am sure would have had views over the campground. The breakers tents and studio cabins are all brilliantly located and next time.

Wonderful stay at Agnes Waters Caravan Park
My husband & I had a great time, great accommodation, fantastic sea views, our unit was in the very best spot, we were so close the beach & we enjoyed watching surfers & swimmers, & people were so friendly. There are lots of places to visit & many eateries including the café on the he premises.

So Close to the Beach
Staying in the tree top tents was great! Our kids absolutely loved it and being so close to the beach meant we didn't want want to leave.

Beautiful place nice rooms. Really needs a pool!!
Staff were awesome. Cafe staff and food were awesome. Weather was beautiful. The beach was amazing. All should look at a fire pit.

Apartments right next to the beach
2 bedroom apartment was very clean and comfortable, with a great view and right next to the patrolled section of the beach. New towels every second day. Really, paying for the view, as for the apartment itself, it was quite expensive. it was disappointing that the movies on the grass were cancelled each night, but weather played some part in this. The smell from the industrial bin outside the apartment was very strong at times - the smell of rotting food was quite unpleasant going to and from the car. As we stayed during the Christmas holidays, children riding bikes, scooters, etc around the park was sometimes dangerous, as many were so young, they would not stop or look around corners. Overall, I would return for the convenience of the location and the comfort of the apartment, just at a different time of year.

These are cabins on the beach at Agnes Waters, literally 30m to water, and a very pleasant vista from the patio.
