Miserable experience @ Expedia
As title suggest I have a miserable experience with Expedia. Even after having a confirmed booking online after reaching hotel I did not get the room. Additionally after multiple calls to customer care issue was not resolve. They made we wander on roads at midnight with my family for rooms. They did not help for any alternate arrangement. Only thing they keep saying was sorry. But wandering on road in midnight with family is not going to solved by merely sorry. I am neither going to book nor suggest people to boom via Expedia.

$9 private air con
First, understand I payed $9 a night. I've been traveling for four months. I knew what I was in for. Bring your own towel and a sleeping bag. The mattress was great but the sheets looked like the place the devil lives and the towel I got was filthy. He neighborhood is bad but they just built a Sheraton Four points 100 meters away, so maybe it will,get better. But oh well $9. Air con worked. Room secure. No hot water. TV didn't work. Still $9 for a private air con room.

Expedia should take care of their reputation.
This is not a good hotel to stay. Rooms are not spacious and cleaned. Blankets were stinking. room service is not good and room service staff is totally inexperienced. I booked hotel for the name sake of Expedia and took concern of Expedia Executive but all in vein. It was nowhere worth of money I have paid. I will never go with Expedia in future . I will suggest Expedia once while visit the hotel they are recommending to the customers because its question of Expedia repetition also.

Bad hotel
Very bad experience as AC was not functional and food is too much costly and food was served poorely in yhe room. Bathroom was very dirty and can not recomend this hotel.

it's close to most of the places of Agra sight see
their ground floor rooms are full of smell of cooking gas.They later shifted to 1 floor room which are ok.

Dirty
The worst Hotel during our 5 week trip around India. Horrible bathroom, rusty with water leaks, so that the floor was constantly wet. Dirty and wet sheets, inexperienced staff, overpriced for such an horrible place
