Somewhat disappoonting
It was our only night in Sicily in a professionaly run place but the actual experience was just the opposite. No English, tried to charge us (and insisted) even though we were prepaid, we had the superiour room and the bathroom shower covered the whole bathroom in water, hairdryer has melted and the room was vadly designed (water splitting around the sink etc). We also got no cosmetics. Breakfast for Italian standards was good, parking was easy, That's about it. At 55 Eur including local tax it was overpriced.

La habitación no estaba mal, pero el baño olía bastante mal. La recepción horrible, en la reserva pone que la entrada es a partir de las 16:00 y no llegó, después de horas y reiteradas llamadas porque el teléfono lo tenía apagado llegó. Luego nos quiso cobrar 2,50 de impuesto , cuando en ninguna ciudad ha sido más de 1.50

Gentile cliente, la ringrazio per il suo commento. Mi permetta di dirle che la struttura e' di recente costruzione e non capiamo quale sia il male odore a cui si riferisce. Il check-in inoltre puo' avvenire in qualsiasi momento ,non ci sono limiti! Infine lei non ha pagato nessuna tassa di soggiorno
