My friend was stopped at the reception citing security reasons and a rule which doesn't allow visitors after 10.
When I asked Mr.Jha at the front desk to give this rule in writing , he behaved rudely and said No. One of those hotels where everything seems to be good except the staff.
Upon further discussion with Jha, he confirmed that there is no such rule. This is ridiculous. How can u stop an entry of a visitor ?
And give false and vague reasoning ?
Is this how Marriott works now?
Is this the service offered to customers?
Pathetic is an understatement. I would specifically request that Mr.Jha undergoes some training on etiquette in hospitality. He is definitely not made for your organization.
