The hotel is dated. Not enough electrical plugs and wifi was terrible. Location is central and the staff were friendly. Front desk spoke fluent english. The shower was amazing. Overall a comfortable stay but would be more acceptable if the price was lower or rooms were renovated.

Average stay.
Staff is good. Restaurant is courteous and acceptable state. Rooms are very average, feels 2 star hotel. Noise, bathroom flush, TV from next room are audible. Not value for money.. Hotel room is 8.5k which actually should be 50 percent less. Bathroom size is good, but no soap cake, no hand towels.

Below average hotel
The staff were friendly and seemed to care (which is not always the case in India); however unfortunately the hotel is just bad. Really ordinary rooms, awful buffet.

Nice hotel but under-trained staff
Recent stay In Lemon Tree, Mithakhali was good. However, the staff is not properly trained and there was enough confusion on pricing, addition of an additional member for the 3rd night and payments.

Foods served ala cart or buffet, were just can't be eaten. It was so horribly cooked, kept & presented. It was all over priced & was not at par it's value.

Great Stay!
This was my second stay. I ended up here after my booking at another hotel got messed up and what a delight it was. The only reason I haven't rated it higher is that the fitness center is uber basic and that's important to me.

very good but pricey hotel
overall service and amenities were good. but they charge you any cost without your knowledge. I had to check the complete bill during checkout and ask them specifically and then they reduced it. But overall it was a good experience.

Lemon Tree Ahemdabad - Wrong Billing by Hotel
They had overcharged us and sent us wrong bills . They charged us not once but several times bills of dec2014 and jan 2014 of same rooms and wanted us to pay . After drawing their attention , new bills would be charged for other rooms . Wrong billing was done by the Hotel .

Overall experience was good. Room size & facilities were sufficient for a business travellers. Location also suits for both train & air travel.

will never stay at lemon tree hotels. Accidentally I hit the side table in The room , it was a small cut & blood started coming out when I called the reception & asked for the first aid box , the guy at the reception told me that they can not send the kit in the room. While bleading only I had to go down to fetch the medicine. Very inhuman attitude of the staff.

The hotel was quite OK for the price. Right in the middle of the city Towels were not in the room and had to be asked for. Bathroom was a little smelly but looked clean Good for an overnight stay

Fun trip to Ahmedabad
Comfortable rooms. Really good beds and shower. Hotel is quite centrally located to numerous restaurants and shopping.

Good fresh Lemony Fragrance all around
Good comfy hotel located opposite to ECG Hospital. Rooms are clean and your stay is comfortable. The hotel has very small windows, espically if you take the rooms at the back of the hotel.Ask them for a road facing room. The restaurant is pretty okay. All in all a pleasant stay at such a resonable cost. Good job guys.

Food and beverage charges are too high....they need to be aligned to the market situation. The dinner food almost finished though we had checked in by 10pm and buffet is supposed to be on till 11pm. The counter staff was not well aware of local eating places and places to visit.

A Nice Stay
I have been a regular visitor of the hotel. as i find the hotel very convenient and affordable. however, i had gotten stuck in the LIFT for sometime, then the staff had gotten me out safely it is recommended to run monthly lift maintenance to avoid such nuisance.

very comfortable stay and a room with a good view from the top. the tea coffee maker was always kept in full capacity. the selection of items in the minibar could be better. I will definitely go back to this one.

Not value for money
I was put up in room no.504. I was supposed to get a room with king size bed or 2 separate beds, but instead the hotel provided me a room with princess bed. The pot provided in the toilet was not correctly positioned. It was slanty, the back part was little down & the front slightly up, not at all comfortable. I realized later that due to it, I had pain in the lower back portion, after I checked out of the hotel.

Fantastic Budget Hotel
We really had a good time - very neat and clean by western standards, excellent food and extremely courteous staff. I have made Lemon tree as my brand of India to stay in the mid budget range. The only handicap I felt was the use of WiFi as most westerners use net as the most important connector. The usage time should be increased.

Excellent place but the intercom does not work
Excellent place, good food, but whenever I called room service over almost 20 hours of my stay, it was always, always engaged. I can't say if the line was really always busy or it was a glitch in the phone system.

About customer service
Had generally good experience with the staff who speaks good English and are very helpful in providing directions on the surrounding areas. I was also able to change my US dollars to local currency at the reception during office hours. However, the printer at the business centre was out of paper when I need to print!

Somehow felt cheated at the end of the day. I got perhaps one of the smallest rooms in the hotel. Many basic amenities were missing - extra towels, a simple bottle of mineral water (in fact a used bottle was lying in my room), toilet paper et al. From a brand like lemon tree, one does expect a lot better. Above all this, the hotel was insanely expensive. The taxes charged were pure bogus, one really needs to investigate that. The pros are that the staff is very courteous, and it is at a very convenient location. And the food was quite good !
