We booked a 4 night stay in this hotel despit of horrible experiences previously thought they would changed as they are known brand name. But i was so wrong as the experience on this stay was even worse. The hotel has been refurbished in lobby to show the excellent looks but the rooms are so outdated they do not have a basic requirement of the world universal adpators,.flush doest work in the toilets. The A C makes noise. I can carry on with a list.
Starting from day 1 we found the daibetic blood strained strip on the extra bed which was provided. The occupancy was for 3 people, and i had to repeatedly keep asking for an additional bed in the room and for all the toiletries and towel were for one person. Is it the guests job to checkin and find that the hotel room they booked for 3 isn't equipped for 3 people so they should wait around for the hotel to do their job.
On the second day of the stay at breakfast we had asked for coffees and we ended up walking away without any because it never came.
When we complained to the manager, he gave us an "upgrade" to another room but we were already eligible for a free upgrade through Expedia so clearly this was so compensation for their inefficiencies.
