Terrible Experience. Novotel staff makes false promises. Their team is not capable of handling any requests for a special occasion. They screw up on the big day even after a million confirmations. They don't stand by their words. I would highly suggest to not consider Novotel for any special occasions.

Good place for its price
Vergy good place to stay for its price. Service is excellent and the buffet diverse. Im generally happy with my stay. Used taxi to the airport as well.

Bad Service and takes ages
It was pathetic experience with 0 score in terms or service provided and their service takes ages like 40 minutes to give Menu card in room

It was a excellent experience staying at Novotel Ahmedabad. All the staffs were cool and nice behavior. children play room was in 1st floor was good .My kids enjoyed a lot. Breakfast was superb. Plenty of varieties dishes was there . Over all we found worth of money.

Dont book this Hotel if you want to enjoy the stay
Not recommended at all, no proper guest services and the staff doesn't know hospitality at all. in room guest services are pathetic and they are not considering any special request which you have requested at the time of booking. so if you want to enjoy your stay don't book here1
