제네바 공항 도착해서 무료셔틀을 요청했는데 비행기와 수하물 연착 등으로 늦었는데도 불구하고 다시 셔틀을 보내주었습니다. (탑승장소는 비행편마다 다른듯 한데 우리는 터미널 P21구역에서 탑승했습니다. 만약 만날 장소가 거기로 정해졌다면 터미널 지하층 주차장으로 가면 됩니다. P20과 같이 붙어 있습니다) 셔틀 버스 요청을 도와준 직원을 체크인할때도 만날수 있었는데, 그녀의 친절함에 다시한번 감사함을 느꼈습니다. 방에 에어컨이 잘 되지 않았던 점은 아쉬웠습니다(창문을 열면 그리 덥진 않았지만 객실이 1층이었기 때문에 다소 불안했습니다) 호텔의 위치는 제네바공항에서 차로 10분 넘게 걸립니다. 대중교통을 이용하거나 걷기보다는 차를 가져오거나 셔틀버스를 이용하길 권합니다! 근처에 마트가 있으나 일찍 문을 닫습니다. 필요한 것들이 있다면 미리 사오는게 좋을듯 합니다. 조식은 먹지 않았기에 뭐라 말할수가 없네요.

제네바공항 이용객이 이용하기 편한 호텔
제네바공항에 가까운 호텔을 찾다가 선택한 곳으로 가격 대비 만족도가 비교적 괜찮은 편이었습니다. 방과 설비는 보통 수준이지만 공항 근접성을 우선적으로 고려한다면 충분히 수용할 만합니다. 프랑스 지역에 있는 호텔이지만 셔틀버스로 공항까지 10여분밖에 걸리지 않습니다. 주변에 현지인을 위한 큰 상가 외에 특별한 구경거리나 시설은 없습니다.

A very happy breakfast
it was interesting to stay this hotel especially it is located in France, not in Geneva, Switzerland. we stayed here just a day that we had to flight next morning. our room was quite simple but we satisfied much because of the breakfast. it was very good more than we expected.

공항 셔틀 서비스만 보완하면 좋겠습니다.
대체적으로 좋았습니다. 다만 한가지 단점은 공항 셔틀 픽업 서비스는 직접 전화로 요청해야 오는 점은 확실히 알아두시고 가야 한없이 기다리지 않습니다. 6인승 승합차라서 승객이 한 차로 이동 못할수도 있습니다.

훌륭한 서비스
쥬네브 공항에서 픽업 서비스가 가능하기 대문에 위치가 좀 애매해도 이용하기 편리합니다. 공항의 유롭카(렌트카)데스크에서 직통전화가 있어서 전화하기도 좋고요. 작은 정원이 있어서 산책하기도 좋은데 주변 여건을 좀 한적합니다. 주변에 편의시설이 없어요.

Easy to eat around, good option for a night near to the airport … My advise don’t take a taxi from airport to hotel es way too expensive. Use the hotel r shuttle service or Uber.

The service was terrible. They advertise with a free shuttle from the airport, but then when you arrive there is none. They claim to be the Airport hotel within 2 km from the airport, but if you need to take a taxi it is more like 10-15km. They do not admit they are wrong and unwilling to compensate the cost of getting there. The facilities are old and need a massive update. Called for an iron board and iron in the morning and after 20 min the reception called back that they could not find any…. Terrible service and would not recommend anyone to stay there.

This was one of the most rundown, dirty and decrepit hotels that I have stayed in. In addition, there was false advertising about the free shuttle service. There was no shuttle from the airport to the hotel. I had to pay for a taxi. The shuttle in the early morning was just fine, however. One last thing. The rooms did not lock from the inside.

Restaurant with very poor menu during the weekend: only 2 pizzas...and if you don´t want pizza, there is no food option nearby They promote Free Airport Schuttle which is not true at all. The van is not owned by the hotel but it´s hired to a third party who will charge you EUR 25 for the service... If you can find any better option, please don´t hesitate, take it...

Staff was expecting our late arrival and had everything ready, greeted us cordially by name. Newer motel with American type features and ample parking (consistent with experience with other Novotel properties). A bit hard to locate in farm area, but only 5 minutes from airport.

It is in France and not in Switzerland and too far to walk from the nearest bus stop. You need to book your shuttle in way advance so that you get a seat, or else walk or book your own expensive taxi. The swimming pool was closed. Limited type breakfast. No cheese slice, no omelet, no butter. However, the girls at the reception are decent, they will help you out.

Nous sommes allés l année derniere en 2022 a cette hôtel , la piscine était en rénovation, un an plus tard la piscine ne fonctionne toujours pas , couloir très sale , la moquette est pleine de taches , combine du téléphone coupe littéralement , dure dure d appeler la réception pour lui dire que la télécommande ne marche pas. Charge 35 euros de plus avoir un canape de plus dans la chambre. Navette , une heure d attente a l aeroport de geneve , j ai le temps de voir passer 3 fois chacun les navettes d holidays inn et ramada .. ! 200 $ la nuit plus les 35 euros de surcharge , c est un hôtel a évite a tout prix , c est exorbitant pour la qualité reçue en échange

The hotel is in france and no uner takes you there. You need to pay CHF 50 to reach it and the same back. Quality of stay is low. Air conditioning didnt work.

Nice people and food but needs updating.
The hotel is okay and has a very nice breakfast and dinner buffet. The garden setting is nice but chairs and tables need updating. Pool needs attention. People nice but noone ever answered the phone when I used it. Tub did not seem clean.

Aucune navette à l’aéroport. Si du payer un taxi 35 euros…En plus , on m’a dirigé vers le mauvais hôtel. La navette commandée pour le matin ne s’est pas présentée à l’hôtel. Il a fallu chicaner pour obtenir un transport qui est pourtant annoncé comme gratuit. Mauvais service personnel très peu courtois. Chambre très ordinaire

Not really as close to the airport as advertised. The shuttle but wouldn’t transport sports equipment costing 40 Euro taxi each way. Wouldn’t recommend this property.

It was in a not very great part of town, and the public areas were dirty. There was nowhere close to eat and the dining area didn’t open until 7. We were supposed to be able to get a shuttle from the airport there, but after 2 1/2 hour wait we spent $40.00 on a cab to get there.
