The rooms were not clean. Also, the rooms should be maintained properly as they got old and were very consumed. The pool should be bigger and real isolated with other properties. The biggest disadvantage on this property, it is noisy hotel. The concert were in front of the hotel and they leave after 2 PM. Therefore, I could take enough sleep at that day.

Not so bad experience
Most of the staff are friendly, but I think the main problem is the head of management for hotel,observing the staff all the time and giving orders even by eyes which make the atmosphere of the hotel isn’t comfortable.can you imagine the manger knew that I am the first guest who entered the hotel during the opening back in 2002 with my little kids who are now in last year at their college, and even he hasn’t said a word because he was busy controlling the hotel by setting on a couch at loopy even I haven’t received a piece of fruit not a pleat.anyhow I think the location is nice can find a lot of nice places enjoying your time.but I think you can find hotels near the location with perfect price and condition because Porto hotel is so old furnished and so expensive.once again the staff or most of them are nice and the food was okay but the amount they provide for meals so much I tried my best not be unsatisfied because I was on holiday.

اقامه جدا سيئه الغرف متهالكه جدا والعفش قديم جدا وغير نظيف والحمام قديم وغير نظيف يسرب من كل مكان طبعا جميع الغرف ولا يوجد انترنت الانترنت الموجود برسوم وفي الاستقبال مجانا المكان نوعا ماء كويس قريب منك كل حاجه ولاكن الغرف ومستوى النظافه سيئه جداجميع الغرف تعاني من سوء النظافه الحمام متهالك ويسرب من فوق ومن تحت البانيو يسرب والسقف يسرب الافطار نوعا ماء مقبول يوجد تضارب في المعلومات عند قسم الاستقبال كل شخص يقلك معلومه وكلها غلط

Generally I love Al Ain Alsokhna as it needs only 2 hours from Cairo, Porto life style is still there. the daily animation show, the beautiful beach and the good pool. rooms facilities need to be upgraded. Staff are so polite and supportive specially the reservation lady ( I don't remember her name) and the Pool restaurant staff. at general it was beautiful experience as usual.

لن أكرر الزيارة أبدا ..
فندق سيّء جدا .. ليس هناك أي اهتمام للنزيل إلا بعد الخروج من الفندق وردتني اتصالات اعتذار ولكن بعد الخروج .. البوفيه جدا سيّء و ليس هناگ أحد لخدمتك.. الغرفة كان ينقصها بعض التجهيزات مثل المناديل و أغطية السرير .. عندما تريد شيء من المشروبات أكنت متواجد عند المسبح أو الشاطئ فليس هناك أحد لخدمتگ بل تحتاج أن تذهب بنفسك إلى مكان الكافيه و تطلب !! اعتقد هناك فنادق أفضل بكثير من هذا الفندق في تلك المنطقة مثل موفنبيك ..

Hotel Staff were ok, but it took them an hour to find us a room. When we entered the room there was a dead fly on the bathroom sink. We called housekeeping told them about the fly and we left the room, only to be surprised after coming back that the left it as it is. The A/C was horrible, and the sports guys on the beach had no idea about customer service. It was a really horrible experience.

Worst place to stay
The place is horrible and you will feel it from the first minuit you enter the hotel and find out only one person is there on the front desk. The hotel is only one floor high and the building in the photos doesn't belong to the hotel. The room is very noisy because it's first floor so you are like living on the high way with all trucks beeping and moving fast all night plus the loud music all night till 2am and when you complain no one cares about you.

Wont stay there ever again
Even though that porto Sokhna has many nice activities, coffee shops and restrants, however staying in their hotel is a whole another story! very small crowded beach, the bed sheets had stains all over it we called the room services to change it after we arrived, the AC unit was extremely loud we couldn't sleep from it, the hotel rooms is right over porto coffee shops plaza, so music doesn't stop till 3 am in the morning, I happened to be there in the weekend, we couldn't find a parking spots as they didn't have a dedicated parking for their residences and there was a lot of people visiting from out side porto !!

مكان فاق كل التوقعات شكرا للاستقبال و الامن و خدمة الغرف شكر خاص لكبير الطهاة اتوقع اسمه الشيف عارف تسلم يدك وما اطيب نفسك . حجزت غرقة وربي اكرمني بشالية بنفس سعر الغرفة . المزروعات و الورود امامك دائما. كهف الملح للاسترخاء. المساج لم يكن يعمل . الشاطئ رائع . الجولة البحرية بالقارب ممتعة . المسابح كبيرة و متنوعه .

Everything was excellent in the Hotel, except the following: - When we asked for shaving and toothbrush tools, the answer was they as 4 stars hotel and not 5 Stars!! any such services with extra fees. you should correct the info about them to 4 stars if they are 4 stars as they tell us! - No free Wifi, it is with another extra fees too. it didn't matter to me but it is good to be known for others. - No hot water specially at night .. it is my worst problem!! may be they use solar water heating, so it is good in the morning and bad at night, when we complained, they sent a plumber to us he told us he increased the heat and it should be good next morning, it was good next morning and bad again at night! - Heater their is not good enough, although you may not need it if the weather is good. The room is perfect, I loved the view, the organization of all services and restaurants down the hotel, all the staff are so friendly, helpful and smiley specially the guard (this man is so friendly). I really enjoyed my stay there except for the above points.

Bad expirence, a man by name Sherif at reception disk was very rude and not helpful at all, they gave us a key for a room which was dirty and not prepared, full of garbage!!! The hotel was full of workers who were not doing any thing except asking for tips!! I will not return back.
