We recommend all our guest to bring: Rubber boots and face masks because the sewage will dry and then turn into dust that everyone here will inhale! I personally received you Dec. 31 late afternoon and I opened the secured gate and Apartment. I also assisted you and carried your Kite board bag into your Apartment. Your stay from Dec. 31, 2014 to Jan.01, 2015, was THE most expensive night of the whole year on Boracay when usually all rooms on the island are and were booked and therefore the prices are up because rooms and lodgings are scarce. We do not understand your further remarks since you did not complain at all about anything while you were still here. There is a sign on each room entrance door explaining the ff: - where is the service bell if you need something, - that if you think there is something to complain you can call our attention so we can attend to it. No one checked you out, that is true, you were suddenly gone. All our Apartments have a separate entrance, the guest are not being closely watched and everything was paid already anyway. All of our guests have the right to leave whenever they want and without announcing to us. If you did not like that: You could have ring the bell to get our attention. Sadly you did not mention which Apartment and date you are referring to. But since you mentioned a high price: You should also have mentioned that: -you stayed at the highest peak season of the year: New Year, which justified 3 times the regular low season price of 3990 Peso because Boracay was and is always fully booked then. -the price of 2500 Peso outside you saw clearly states that it is ONLY for walk-in customers and Apartments that had not been sold and can not be pre-booked like you did and was of course not available anyway anymore. If you are the guest Sindhu L. with 3 persons you should also consider and mention the extra bed and additional person fee. Furthermore, our location on the Island is clearly and correctly stated in the description and as it can be seen by the other reviews that these guests liked it here.
