It is an outdoor property, and we are trying to renovate it. We do have the computer access at the front desk. Sorry for the inconvenience, but at the time of check inn (15-20MIN after check inn) we did call and asked for if everything was good in the room. The guests did "REPLY, THAT EVERYTHING WAS GOOD AND HAD NO ISSUES WITH IT". The respective housekeepers would never neglect such stains on the wall or sheets. we apologies if there were any inconvenience then after. thank you .
