I was surprised that there was an additional $20 charge when we checked in. Because we have to leave very early 3:45, we will be able to have breakfast. We were charge extra for that, but can't get our money back

Overall, we had a good visit. The front desk was always helpful. We were not pleased with housekeeping. We had to request towels after the first night. The towels in this hotel are horrible,,,very small and very thin and need to be replaced.

The stay was quiet. My complaint would be that when we checked in, i asked what time is breakest? The person said breakfast was from 6 to 10. We got up the next morning and went down for breakfast. No one was around the breakfast area so we started getting food on a plate and as we were doing that, two workers came by and asked if we had breakfast vouchers. We were like what breakfast vouchers? No one had told us anything about needing a breakfast voucher. Then we were told it was $9 a voucher and had to get them from the front desk. There was no silverware and we took one look at the quality of the food we had on the plate, threw it away, checked out and went out to breakfast. Cant recommend a stay here.

The property and room are on their way out - the bed was clean but the room was in poor shape overall and the facility looks like it is going to be torn down soon. The staff were nice and appropriate but I would not stay there again due to the obvious fact the place has seen its' better days - new Holiday Inn Express 13 minutes to the west on 18 was brand new and a better option.

The surfaces of most of the furniture felt sticky and unclean. The remote for TV was especially sticky.. we didn’t want to touch it. The carpet was not clean. The toilet flush mechanism worked but was long and loud and high filling.

The property needs some cleaning to do in the front. The weeds are over grown. In our room there was mold on the outside of the shower. The microwave was very old. The worst part was the noise from the air conditioning unit! It was so loud it kept waking me up. The bed was comfortable. The hotel was convenient to stores and restaurants.
