Our room was very clean and comfortable. Front desk staff were friendly but professional. The breakfast room is impressive - high ceiling, very large windows, views of trees, various seating options, nice lighting, and great food options. Nicely staffed, as well!

The property is cute, clean, and decorated for the season which is so nice. The front desk employees were very polite and friendly. I would stay here again if i ever find myself back in Akron.

The property is in a good location right off 77 near the airport. It sits back off the highway and is quite and safe. The room was spacious, well appointed and clean. I did not care for the shampoo and soap dispensers, but that is common in most hotel. The breakfast area was nice and the food was good. Would definitely stay again for our next visit.

Great! The window shave in our room was broken, just to let you know, but everything was good for us, including the bed not being too hard.😀😊😊

All staff were great friendly people! When I asked they answered! Hats off to the Holiday Inn Express Akron Airport staff! They did a wonderful job and met all of my needs!

Very clean. Staff was friendly and got us checked in right away. The room was clean and comfortable. We only stayed one night so unfortunately we couldn't use the pool. If we are back in the area we will definitely stay here again.

The room was the cleanest hotel room I have ever seen! Very nice! Staff was professional! My window was immediately adjacent to the freeway, but I eventually adjusted and fell asleep.

Staff need customer service training
Clean with a great breakfast that is well maintained! Check in was horrific and took forever…ended with being called after 11pm to get dressed and come back to front desk to run card again due to an entry error staff made. Had to get key cards redone twice and fellow teammates complained of no housekeeping service. No attempt made to make up for multiple issues, booked entire team elsewhere for the following week.

Our apologies regarding training new associates. It has been very difficult in these times to actually get people to work so there is a learning curve. Regarding the keys, the reason this is, is because the keys were put next to phones and demagnetized. Apologies but this is something beyond our control so once demagnetized, they do need rekeyed. I personally was unaware of issues and would happily address had I known. My sincerest apologies. We pride ourselves on taking great care of our guests and while I was here this past weekend everyone were enjoying themselves in the Great Room without complaints. Thank you for giving us the opportunity. Apologies you feel we did not meet the mark.

Worst stay
We adked for more pillow and they did not have any. We had late check out at noon, they were pounding on our door and called our room to get us out. Very rude.

Our apologies as we had 400 guests in house and 8 pillows per room were what we had to offer meeting guests per room requirements. Regarding late checkout, It will be addressed in our morning Huddle to ensure housekeeping is aware. Apologies communication was lost between front desk to housekeeping associates. We will try harder.

Great hotel with super clean environment. No pets smell or hair seen in the room. Air conditioning and heating is super.

Stayed 3 nights. The parking lot was full but i might have been the only one there. When in my room on the first floor i never heard a sound from another room including above me! Very nice rooms.

Was charged triple the amount. The hotel has zero idea what they’re doing when it comes to their own computer system. Was treated like I didn’t know what I was doing but now it’s a week later and I’m still dealing with the theft and negligence this hotel has taxed me with. Pathetic.
