Worst customer service, I prepaid my room, when I arrive the people on front desk made me wait more than 45 minutes to give me the key, i asked the manager that the room was prepaid thru expedia and he said, "yes. But they dont necessarily will pay us, you have to wait:

We stayed here last year and had great service. We liked the staff all were friendly and helpful. This is the best hotel and would recommend it to everyone.

Property was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The only thing I would like is a regular blanket on the bed. A sheet is too cool and the quilt is too hot. But other than that it was very nice and the breakfast was good.

Very comfortable & great staff
Great front desk staff. Friendly housekeepers. Helpful staff all around. Clean, comfortable and well run hotel. Highly recommend if you ever have a reason to be in Wadsworth!

Very satisfied and would stay again
The hotel was so refreshing and clean - beds were very comfortable. We were sure the hotel was brand new and very surprised to learn it is 20 years old. Super nice.

The property was beautiful. The rooms were very clean and the staff were exceptional. The only thing that would be a negative is the highway noise.

We liked that there was an indoor pool but it was on the small side. The breakfast was excellent. The fire alarms went off in the evening which really scared the kids. It was a false alarm, but no one came around to say that it was safe to go back in.

Hotel is in the middle of restoration. My room was new with clean and fresh décor. Staff were pleasant and location close to interstate. Noise from renovation started early every morning and the smell of solvent/adhesive was not pleasant. The TV service was terrible with dropped signal every 10 minutes for up to 5 minutes. Breakfast was tasty.
