It’s among the best hotels we’ve ever stay in. It was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good too. Staff was friendly.

A great place to stay! Our room was clean, comfortable and a good size. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great with a lot of options. We both especially liked the cinnamon rolls. The hotel is also close to route 71 so going to Cleveland was easy.

Only stayed one night as we stopped while traveling through. Easy to get to off interstate, easy parking, and quiet. Breakfast was good and tasty.

We stay here every Thanksgiving for 3 days to visit family, this was our 4th year staying at this exact location and it’s never a terrible experience. The staff is always accommodating and quick at every point during our stay. We will always choose the Holiday Inn Express in Medina when we’re in town.

Very clean and friendly. In a time where so many hotels are going downhill, this one is still very well maintained and the staff was very helpful. Will be staying here again when passing through. Also a great breakfast!!

This property had 3 EV charge spots with free charging. We took the last available spot and charged our Tesla at the J-1772 charger. The two Tesla destination chargers were already taken. The hotel was booked for a wedding and yet was still clean and had accomodations for breakfast for all. Very nice location right off the highway.

Overall I like Holiday Inn Express. Very disappointed with breakfast. Coffee carafe was empty and no one around to ask if they were bringing out more. There was an hour left for breakfast. Hardly any eggs and they were overcooked.

The Inn was exceptionally clean and well appointed. Our room had a bit of a stale air, but went away when he AC ran. Would definitely go back! Nice property and staff!
