I loved this hotel! It is modern and clean. Our room was large, clean, and comfortable. Service, on all levels, was comparable with any 5 star resort. It was an excellent value for the price!

A one night stay went very well. Simple check-in, nice room, enjoyed the pool and hot tub, slept well, breakfast was tasty. Cleanliness was above average, but not spectacular. That would be my only critique.

My room wasn't clean how it should of been There was food crumbs on the floor through our the entire room the bathroom had hair on the floor, trash iny trash can already the mirror wasn't cleaned properly in the bathroom. There was excessive dust on my bed headboard. Also a nasty sticky looking residue on my lamp next to my bed.

For the age of the property and the price, it was a bit underwhelming. Rooms were not very clean, lots of dust and hair lying around. Coffee cups hadn't been wiped in several uses. Room linens had stains. Breakfast bar was mediocre at best; minimal food choices and there were so many people Saturday morning they couldn't keep up easier to eat off property.

I have stayed at this property in a number of occasions. The property is fine but there needs to be extra attention paid to cleaning the bathroom sinks.

The breakfast was very good. The bar was very cozy and convenient. The staff was excellent. I would recommend a top floor room if available. Would definitely stay again

Construction Noise
We have always enjoyed staying at Hyatt Place properties. This hotel had nice accommodations, but we were disrupted several times during our stay with the noise of ongoing construction at the property. Around 4:00 in the afternoon, we heard loud pounding and hammering in what sounded like the room right next to us. The next morning, there were drilling sounds around 8:30am (on a Saturday), although it wasn’t as loud. The property was nice, but the noise was an inconvenience.

Okay
Room was clean. We reserved two queens and a pullout bed but all that was available when we arrived was a king and a pull out bed. This was not big enough for my family. They do not guarantee which room you get when you book through a third party. Since there were no other rooms in the area, we toughed out our room that cost us $212. It wasn’t very comfortable. Even the regular king bed wasn’t great.

Great choice
Our experience was great! Check in was happy, polite and very helpful. Our room was immaculate, comfortable beds and quiet. There was shopping and restaurants you could easily walk to. Loved it!

I left my wedding ring on the sink in the bathroom. I called when I was at the airport at 730am before the cleaning crew was there and they said they couldn’t find it. I called back after check out and they said the cleaning crew did not find it either. Very disappointed by the dishonest practices.

I would like to say thank you to Laura who cleaned our room and found the diamond from my ring that I lost while staying in room 325 on the 25th and 26th of November. I am thankful for her honesty and willingness to try to find the diamond while cleaning. I would love to send her a thank you if I knew how to get it to her.

Just bad
Will not stay again. We arrived a little early and asked if the room might be ready. For a fee…… i have traveled for years. Never been charged for a room being ready a little early. Shower head was 7’5”, yeah I am definitely not tall enough to get to that to change the way they left the pressure going. Right by a freeway entrance ramp and let me tell you, those windows must’ve been the cheapest on the planet because it felt like the freeway was right in the room. The beds were the hardest mattresses I’ve ever slept on. Lastly, if you needed help at the front desk forget it. They were never up there. You could wait an hour an no one would ever show up.
