The dogs allowed were not quiet and behaved but noisy and disturbing. The facility smelled bad in halls and public areas bathroom shower rod held in place with wood wedges and no comfortable chairs in room just a hard wood office chair had to sit on bed

I love this place, they don’t service breakfast but it is a great place. The staff is so nice and friendly and they keep the place clean. The staff always checks on you to make sure your enjoyed your stay.

Friendly staff with easy check-in process.Clean and comfortable 2 bed rm.Bathrm had plenty of hot water for shower.NO bedbugs,roaches,or any ratones-rats detected during my stay.Not fancy but clean and basic place to rest.Recommend!

I had the same 314 that had fleas in the room and bed and also got bit by them again!! I dont have any pets so I shouldn't be getting bit by fleas from other people animals!! The tub was also clogged ,tv wasn't programed to watch anything on it,and there was no microwave in room!! I had to change sheets as well cause other people's hair was in the sheets!! Please dont ever give me that room again!! Thanks

Friendly and helpful staff. Only issue was the toilet. The toilet seat kept coming apart and the water would keep running in the back of the toilet.

I got this room for $45. All I wanted was a safe place for my girls and I for one night with a bed and shower. This place did what I needed. No complaints.

There should be certain rooms for pets!! Cause Im not liking the fact that i got bit by some fleas and i dont even own any pets!! They should do theral cleaning in rooms after pets leave!! Or just have the pets on the 1st floor and not all over the hotel!! Theres rules for smoking in rooms so it should be the same for pets!! Thats disgusting and irritating

I asked for clean towels and to empty our trash 2 times in the 3 days I was there and it was never done. There was a dog on my floor somewhere barking at all hours of the night. There was a roach crawling on the floor when we walked in.

I was helped by Emily, she was absolutely phenomenal! She is a wonderful communicator, she was attentive and responsive to my concerns, she really went above and beyond what I expected and I couldn’t be more thankful to have booked in Streetsboro. The facility is clean and well kept, everything in the room was fresh and the night staff is just as friendly and helpful! I’m keeping this spot bookmarked for sure

As soon as you enter, the condition takes you aback--it is deeply in the reconditioning process! But, desk agent was very pleasant & helpful. Only one light, operated from near front door.

Great motel and town
We went to Ohio to pick up a 39 Chevy Master Deluxe. Motel people where very nice and friendly. Answer our question and were very helpful.

Never stay again
People come and go all hours of the day and night you can not sleep here doors slamming dog pee outside the doors. I did not sleep at all. People hanging out in the cats running in and out it was terrible

The room we rented was NOT a queen size bed. But yet that’s what we booked. Facility was dirty and smelly. My wife stepped in dog crap while entering the building. Trash cans over flowing. No housekeeping or fresh towels during our 2 day stay. I will never stay at this place again!
