Diane,I am sorry that you had a disappointing stay at our facility. It is true that the building is older and, hence, may not appear as fresh as some of the newer hotels. As explained at check-in, the Cafe (a separate business) offers certain items to our guests at no charge. I am sorry if you misunderstood. As far as the pool goes, it is an outdoor pool. Since it still goes down to freezing at night, the pool is too cold for safe use. It will be open for the summer and until it gets too cold in the fall.
