The bad:
-the rooms are freezing cold and you can’t control the temperature
-the ‘hottest’ temperature setting on the shower is just barely warm enough for a comfortable shower
-fungus and mould in some areas of the shower
-the shower does not drain properly so within seconds you’re standing in a puddle of water which leaks out onto the entire bathroom floor
-terrible Wifi
-the breakfast restaurant, Fennel, was very cold -the service at Fennel overall was friendly but just incredibly poor; food had to be sent back, wrong orders brought to us, the simplest of items took way too long to be prepared, requests were frequently forgotten or neglected
-the staff are not properly trained; trying to coordinate a spa appointment or get answers to everyday type questions took hours
-often we would try calling the front desk during business hours and nobody answers
-without any advanced notice, there were numerous restaurant closures
the staff in general are just not well informed, trained, or coordinated...it felt like every person working here it was their first day. Again, not saying they weren’t friendly or that they didn’t try, we just observed a much lower expected standard...it’s clear the management does not truly care about or have a passion for hospitality
