Facilities are dated, whole building needs new paint, the toilet seat in my room wobbles. All in all the character of staff were quite nice apart from the restaurant staffs that refused to give me glass cups to drink water with.

I had a great experience with the staffs. My stay was filled with happy memories. The hotel is well located in the hussle qnd use of the capita. The hotel staffs are friendly and professional in all aspects from the night team to day team. Lekan, Hajara, Precious and to Femi. They are wonderful people who show true hospitality in the form of empathy and great guest services. The restaurant staff are also very good and i found real honey on the table for breakfast. It is a hotel that provides locally made food like pap and akara, yam and beans, bread and omelette so dont expect a croissant or french cheese. It is purely Nigerian promotion in content and orientation. The housekeeping staffs are highly dedicated, respectful from Alexandra to Ebuka. They think outside the box and go out of their way to provide extra services like disinfecting the room regularly during my stay. Ebuka was great. The security staffs are well trained and highly professional. maintenance of a dilapidated ffacility apparently by management is the Only visible challenges c

Guest has already been contacted about that ugly situation that occurred during the period. Staffs are to be more dutiful and better equipped on unforeseen occurrences and to be more proactive at all times in rendering a memorable services to justify value paid for money.

Our Hotel Location is ten minutes drive to Local Airport and fifteen minutes drive to International Airport. It is also very close to the 3rd Mainland Bridge from Berger Bridge that connects Lagos Ibadan Expressway

Our Hotel Car Park can accommodate between 120 - 150 Cars conveniently and we also have an arrangement with Government Agencies during Weddings and other Events that require parking outside the hotel.

i liked the bed and balcony. the bed was just the right size and the air conditioning was very nice. the parking area was awful and unpaved.

False information on price per night.
Was great. But initially when I got there I had paid for nine days. When I arrived. The manager mentioned the price was different from what they had with this service hotels.com. So I had to pay the difference. I never had gone through something like that. Because I had confirmation I had already paid for my time. The manager was very adamant about me paying the difference. I feel that was between hotels.com and the hotel not myself. And for manager to embarrass me and make me responsible for negotiations between your business and them. Was not professional or right.

We really sorry that you experienced such an ugly situation which shouldn't have happened if both service centres had done homework properly. If you will agree with me that apart from the rate issue, every other service in the hotel went well and that shows that EXPEDIA PARTNER CENTRAL sold our hotel room rate lower to clients which does not conform with our RACK RATE OR PROMO RATE ON OUR WEBSITE. We apologise once again for making you encounter such and hopefully, we should resolve it soonest and please accept my apologies for late response. Paid Through Expedia Could Not Check in
Over a week ago I booked two rooms in this hotel when I arrived they would not check me in because they said they can’t accept Expedia payment so after traveling for 12 hours we had no place to stay and my money was spent. The hotel staff were rude and did not try to resolve the issue we ended up not getting another hotel until 1am. They should request to be removed from Expedia if they can’t accept payment. They have horrible customer service and mosquitos in the lobby.

We already informed Expedia Partner Central about the current issues our Hotel property is facing in respect of VIRTUAL P.O.S that is not available in the hotel, thereby making it difficult to redeem back our money after Guest/s check out from EXPEDIA. We have lost monies seriously that cannot be recovered and that is the only reason for the refusal. We apologize for the action and plead to bear with us pending the time the issue is sorted out with Expedia.
