Unfortunately there was construction going on next to the hotel which made it very noisy during the day. Older hotel, but clean. Friendly staff at front desk. Would stay again if I had to. Was in town for a concert at the MVP Arena. Close to arena.

I paid $250 for a room/night, got in, and immediately, my daughter found bed bugs on the mattress. I checked out of the room approximately 20 minutes after checking in. I didn't stay in the room because of the bad bugs; they still didn't want to refund my money. Thieves!!!!

Reserved a "pet friendly" room so my family could be warm during a power outage and when I got to the property they said it wasn't an approved room for a dog. And they didn't have any other rooms. And they refused to give me a refund.

A great place to stay! Very conveniently located fi downtown Albany. It’s pet friendly, free fast WiFi and close to restaurants. Have stayed several times.

I booked a room for 1 adult and was given a room with an adjoining door. Although I wouldn't typically have any issue with this, the adjoining door did not have a lock or any means to prevent someone in the other room from entering my room. A credit to the helpful front desk worker, I was given another room upon request.

There were stains on the pull out mattress and on the sheets provided for the mattress. There was a hole in the window and a crack in the bathroom sink.

Worked perfectly
We needed a last minute one-night stay to attend a wedding nearby. This place was perfect. Everything was clean, checkin was easy, the bed was comfortable and the iron worked. It was close to the highway and right on the route we needed to take. The facility is showing a little age and a few rough spots: we noticed aome peeling paint on the bathroom ceiling. Also, the surroundings are not picturesque. But neither of these things were a problem, especially given the price.

Our room has a big hole in wall,the mattress was ripped and stained, our a/c didn't work they were rude and it smelt musty and our shower was stained.

There was a musty smell to the room, and peeling paint on the doors. Also, the layout of the room seemed very strange the bathroom seemed as big as the room itself.

Basic hotel next to demolished old diner area. Room and bathroom were pretty good size. Rooms show their age but okay quiet hotel if just need a place to sleep. Breakfast was good basic and plentiful.

Not entirely pet friendly
The hotel is older, but kept up for the age. The front desk personnel was very nice. He was sweet, but had to 'break' the rules, because this pet friendly hotel is only pet friendly in specific rooms. He said if it wasn't 11pm at night that he would have turned us away because we didn't select the right room and they were all sold out. No where on the site does it state this. Again the gentlemen at the desk was very kind, but this is a bit misleading for a consumer who spent time making sure this hotel would allow for my medium to large dogs.
