Came for the Easter weekend with my family and had a great time. They have very friendly staff and they hotel smelled and looked very clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Staff was good, breakfast was ok. Light coffee but no regular roast. Building could use some upkeep but rooms were clean.

From my experience, Hampton hotels always clean, have hot breakfast buffet, swimming pool with warm water and decently comfortable beds. Hampton never disappointed before that’s why I chose it instead of other hotels for our recent trip. I was traveling by myself with my 3 kids (8, 5 and 2 years old). We arrived at hotel around 7.30pm and kids supposed to go bed by 8pm. When we arrived, the hotel internet was down and hotel representative couldn’t check us in. The representative was very calm and nice despite the situation that he was dealing with. We were promised that internet can be fixed any minute. After one hour of waiting, kids were really tired, it was already way pass their bedtime. All this time I was trying to do online check in through Hilton app and it was not successful, probably because internet in hotel was down. The representative was able to find a room for us and we get there at 10.30pm, 3 hours later after we arrived at hotel. I had to wake up my kids at 5.30am next morning to get to our destination on time. Next day, it was a nightmare for me too, I was dealing with 3 little kids who didn’t sleep enough because of such late check-in.

This is our number 1 hotel to stay at when we travel to see doctors, friends and even family. Staff is wonderful and they will bend over backwards to satisfy anyone.

We got charged for an emotional support dog. Also at 8 pm there were at least 10 children running up and down our halls playing ball and banging into our door. Called front desk they didn’t do anything. Children should not be running in halls ylelling playing ball and causing unsafe conditions in hallway for other guests. I would love a refund

Not what I booked
I deliberately booked a king bed with a sofa bed too. When I walked in my room, there was no sofa bed. I had not been notified of this change. I called down to the person at the front counter who let me know they overbooked the king size with sofa bed rooms so I had been “upgraded” to a king size executive suite. This meant that we had an extra space with a table and two kitchen chairs, and a counter with an extra sink. None of those things were nearly as beneficial as the second bed, which I booked on purpose. I asked if they had a cot available, which they did not. I received a text a few hours after arrival asking how my room was. I responded with this information and received no reply. The room was nice, but did not suit our needs, which is why I didn’t book that room when I had the opportunity. The pool room immediately burns your eyes with the amount of chlorine used (just being in the room) and although I typically have NO respiratory issues, after about 20 minutes, I couldn’t stop coughing from the chlorine fumes. Breakfast was inedible. Luckily, it was just a place to lay our head before a big competition the next morning. I wouldn’t book there again.

Tv Remote wouldn't bring the guide. Toilet wouldn't fill the tank up unless i took the top off and giggled it. Other than that ok

Luke was AMAZING! Great personality and went above and beyond. The only negative (which has nothing to do with your property) was the annoying adult that started pounding on his door at 4am. Messing the handle, and then decided when nobody opened that door he tried the door next to his. I did call the front desk to let them know. Other than that our stay was great and we booked for another two nights due to a delay we encountered.

Very clean lovely lobby with fireplaces and comfortable. 24 hour delicious coffee and tea available. Room was spacious, everything clean and very comfortable, including bathroom.

So many other hotels in the area
I was halfway down the hall and could hear the elevator dinging all night long. Cheap doors and no sound barriers. I was awake all night. I was in town for a funeral and booked the hotel for a good night sleep. Not at this hotel!

I stayed here recently for a few nights while in town on business. The location is extremely convenient for my purpose and there are several restaurant locations within easy walking distance. I also took advantage of some free time and visited the nail salon across the street. I am fond of oatmeal (which was good), but the other breakfast options looked good too. No time to swim, but others coming from the pool area said that it was nice. For those traveling on I-87, it's an easy stop off Exit 9.

The girl that checked us in was very friendly and professional. The location is great for food and shopping options. Altough this hotel is in the middle of everything it is quiet. Everything inside was clean. Wish they told us the wifi password so i didn't have to go searching. If your someone who likes to wake up to natural light then don't get room 320. It faces the road and is right over the front door carport with a big bright light on the roof that shines right in the window. My suggestion to the pool staff is don't put chlorine in the hot tub at 12 noon and then close it till 430 when people want to go in. Doesn't it make more sense to do that after it closes for the night or really early in the morning.
