Advertised as having Wi-Fi and free breakfast. It had neither. Staff no help. Room not cleaned daily. Would not return.

Bed had clean sheets, the bathroom was clean, but the room was not sound proof. Folks going up the metal staircase were extremely loud and were up and about in the wee hours of the morning. It kept the dog up and we hardly got any sleep. When we asked for a room change, they charge extra. There were no hangers to hang jackets. The bar fridge was outide the enclosure and wobbled on three legs. The floor boards had gaps between the boards and were tricky to walk on. We will not be staying at this location next time.

thank you for your reply i was the person that answered the call when you called at midnight about the stairs sound. and you never asked to change the room and nobody told you to charge extra. Do you want me to stop people from coming out of their room and not walking on your room side we were sold out and we can't stop people like that we can not tell them not to walk on this side they have the right to walk from the room you have a downstairs room I know that, we can't tell guest like that i and I also explain that thing to you but still thanks for your review.

Quiet for the most part, but upon check out, there was a couple fighting in the room next to us. The cleanliness could have been more up to par too.

Expedia showed that this was the only hotel available in that area for a one night stay. My fault, should have looked at other websites. This place was loud throughly the whole night and early morning. People screaming and yelling. It was also on the road so the cars made it louder. Though the screaming was more concerning. On top of that, the sheets were stained, the walls were dirty. One non-smoking room smelled like smoke. The lobby had a security system so that shows this area is probably not the safest. I blame myself for not looking at other websites. However the quality of this place was bad. I guess it’s expected for the price

Don't stay there.
Had to check out immediately, room had bugs on the bed. Bad experience. Could not gain access in the first room given. Was given a second room, this room was dirty, smelt of heavy cigarette smoke, toilet dirty, still had waste in it. Asked for another room, it had bugs on the bed. Checked out and went next door to Comfort Inn. Didn''t get a refund on checking out.

They had new furniture but the floor was very nasty. A cockroach walked across the table. Holes in the wall by the bathroom. Rust was around the tissue box. Very creepy outside surroundings. I couldn’t wait to leave.

When we arrived the lobby you had to be buzzed into. The person checking us in was on the phone in speaker or FaceTime talking the whole time while checking in. The printer didn’t work for the second invoice. Men were on the hallway outside the rooms smoking. We actually turned the keys in and left and did not stay. The room smelt like an ash tray. We felt unsafe.

It was adequate for what we needed. Mostly clean except for the floor. It is an older facility with cracks in the tub and sink. Staff were polite and professional.No breakfast as advertised.

need to fix bathroom knobs
Bathroom door knob-handle was not functional,almost causing me to get stuck in the bathroom because it would not reopen while in the bathroom : ( A scary experience as a solo traveler, and there was what looked like tissue in the door handle hole to keep it from being completely shut. It looks like they did not want to fix it.

This hotel is ok if you are staying 2-3 days traveling from out of State.Bathroom is very small. Another guest was given a key to enter our room while one of my family members was still resting.This invasion of privacy should Never happen.

Pay more and stay somewhere else
When we booked this hotel through hotels.com, used the "pool" filter, it showed up so we booked. We then also asked them to ensure 2 of our 3 rooms were either connecting or very close as our kids were staying in the other room. When we arrived, there was no pool and the rooms were about as far apart as possible. We asked for a refund, acknowledging we were outside there refund timelines, since there were 2 issues with the booking. The lady working the desk was very kind, but the manager who she called was very rude.

My sons couldn’t take a bath as the tub stopper didn’t work. Then one son got poked buy something in the chair in the room and his hand bleed. Staff was nice gave us band-Aid, but told us there is nothing that should’ve done that in the room. Then the next morning we went for the breakfast that was included and it was just juice and coffee. Never mind the fact that the toilet wouldn’t flush in the morning. I told it them of the problems that we noticed and was told that they don’t have any plumbing problem so they don’t know what it was. Definitely look before you book.

They did not have 24 hour customer service. They did not provide free breakfast, the door to the lobby was even locked when we went for breakfast.

Don’t stay herefor free breakfast, NOTHING there.
The website says there is free breakfast. There was nothing available. NOTHING, not even coffee it water. The desk clerk said she only makes coffee if someone asks for it. I told her we picked this hotel as breakfast was included. She said they ordered food , but it’s in back order?!!! Also, there was mold on shower curtain and the bathroom door did not shut. You need to modify your website as this is not what we paid for.
