Beautiful rooms & walkable to Old Town. Only issue was an overwhelming cleaning odor. It was extremely hot outside & had air conditioning running, so opening the windows wasn’t an option.

Great place for an extended stay or just overnight
This is a great place to stay. The casas are amazing. The breakfast was delicious. The grounds are restful with numerous spots for quiet conversations or contemplation. And the location is super convenient to OldTown Square. I highly recommend this lodging.

It's old and very comfortable, complete contrast to a glitzy homogenized concrete box. Very good cooked-to-order breakfast was an extra treat.

I stay at Casa de Sueños to feel pampered, starting with a hot breakfast served with a caring smile. The grounds and buildings are lovely. I enjoy walking to Tingley Beach and along the Rio Grande, only 15 minutes away, and Old Town even closer.

Very close to Old Town. Enjoyed being able to easily walk to shops and food. Great sleeping room with excellent breakfast included. Room condition was very clean but needed some repairs. Ceiling peel and leaking bath tub. Would stay again any time in that area! The staff was so super!!

Old Town Albuquerque charm
That area is great, close to the Rio Grande, very charming casitas that does not feel like a hotel. Love the privacy of your own casita. Breakfast was excellent. Rooms were decorated very "New Mexico" style but still comfy. And with freezing overnight temps, it was nice that hot water in the shower was almost instant! Would definitely stay again and recommend it to others.

Amazing little casita with 2 rooms, a private patio, a kitchen, 2 bathrooms. It was more than I expected and so close to old town! The staff is so friendly. There is even a private parking next to every casita. Highly recommended

This is a very unique property with beautiful art and unique decorations. The grounds have the potential of being special later in the Spring/Summer. We stayed in the Willa’s casita and found it very comfortable.

The old historic feeling. However, they DEMAND a copy of your drivers license and when I asked why they said, "Every hotel does it". Funny thing is I travel for work all over this country and outside this country and Hotels DON'T do this. She claimed it was for audit purposes but couldn't explain that. Then she put the copy in an unsecure file drawer. This is outrageous and not necessary.

Great property but had mice or rats in ceiling in bedroom. Kept us from sleeping. Also had water leak in ceiling that dripped on bag. Checkout person apologized and promised owner or manager would call but never heard from them. Very disappointed.

Route 66 room was a cozy Bungalow, super clean. Very friendly and accommodating staff. This is a vintage property so there is alway going to be room for improvement; but we can not complain but the old couch was a bit uncomfortable but that is were the only TV was located; would not hurt to replace the old couch or at least send it to go to the Riviera but most definitely it needed a new mattress. The bungalow was quite even though it was facing the street, not too much traffic in the evenings on that street. The little breakfast cafe was awesome, and better yet it was included in our package.

This property is charming, rustic, quiet, easy walk to Old Town. Breakfast was excellent. I think it would be quite nice in spring, summer, fall - rooms are cold in winter due to inadequate heating system - forced hot air with vents near ceiling.

It is hard not to talk about what is different for this property. The 'rooms' were all once apartments, so each has a full kitchen, living room, bedroom, and bathroom. Small courtyards are enclosed by clusters of the casitas. Breakfast is continental or a hot served and the hot served was very nice. And the location a block from Old Town is a treasure trove of things to explore.

Staff was welcoming. Historic building, so old, but clean. Breakfast cooked to order was wonderful. Moderation of room temperature was difficult, as windows didn't open and thermostat was governed. Well maintained historic hotel. Breakfast was delicious and by the fire. However, our room faced the Main Street with cars and motorcycles keeping us up.

It is an historical property. Beautiful with large spacious rooms. The breakfast was amazing. Best omelette I've ever had loaded with fresh ingredients. Its clean, quiet and comfortable. It is also within walking distance (five minutes) from Old Town Albuquerque.

Good for families
We had a late arrival and the staff was so friendly and accommodating that I wished we were staying longer than one night. They had the heat on (and music) playing in the room and made sure we were settled in before locking the gate for the night. The casitas feel like visiting a friend's home--a bit lived in, but clean, comfortable and full of personality.

This is an amazing hotel with a super-friendly staff. Erika at the front desk went above and beyond to make us comfortable. Jimmy served a fantastic breakfast at the restaurant and the fireplace was left ready to start with a lighter right there. Built in 1937 but still in amazing condition! You have to give this stay a shot!

Pleasant stay
This place has charm and pleasant service. My room was quiet and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was included and good. Although I didn’t get around to using it during my one-day stay, the kitchen looked well equipped, including with a gas stove and full-size fridge. I enjoyed my stay, even though my room could use some updating and renovation. The TV was a vintage boxy unit. Picture quality not on a par with modern sets, but I didn’t come to Albuquerque to watch TV. The room was clean without looking completely antiseptic. I did notice some mould on the bathroom window,
