Unfortunately, we did have an accident where a balance cartridge gave out. This is absolutely not a typical issue we deal with, some times things happen. Fortunately, our team was able to promptly address the issue with minimal interference to our guest's stay. Here at Hotel 505, my team and I work very hard to maintain a clean and safe environment for guest's like yourself to enjoy. Even under pressure, this team pulled together and got the job done!
